A Network Meta-analysis Of The Effect Of Five Oral Chinese Herbal Prescriptions On Limb Fractures

Research purpose:Chinese medicine believes that fracture belongs to the category of "ulcer doctor",also known as "folded ulcer" and "folded ridge".It is often related to trauma,gold-sores,falls,servants,flashes,frustrations,falls,etc.It is also closely related to the body's qi,blood,liver,and kidney functions,as well as to the evil and evil poison pollution of the six external sensations.Because of the continuous application of a variety of fracture fixation equipment,clinical trauma fractures have been better repaired.However,there are still a small number of patients who suffer from a series of complications due to poor healing,which seriously affects the patients' health.Existing clinical data indicate that the healing of fractures needs to ensure the smooth flow of local blood circulation,and furthermore is the deposition of calcium salts,and Chinese medicine plays an important role in this.At the same time,traditional Chinese medicine can also promote the proliferation and operation of osteoblasts,and can promote the production of bone growth factors at its source.In the face of fractures,chemicals can not effectively accelerate the healing of fractures,and traditional Chinese medicine can promote the formation of bone nodules at the fracture site by reducing swelling,promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,and bone formation.To accelerate fracture healing.Therefore,this study will explore(1)clinical effects of multiple five oral Chinese herbal prescriptionson fracture healing;(2)use traditional meta analysis to compare the advantages and disadvantages of two commonly used five oral Chinese herbal prescriptionsand regular processing in limb fractures time and sedation pain;(3)The fracture healing of several commonly used five oral Chinese herbal prescriptionswas ranked,and the effectiveness and healing time of five oral Chinese herbal prescriptionsin treating fractures were systematically evaluated and analyzed.Methods:Electronically search major databases,search and consult various Chinese and English databases for observational randomized controlled articles on the clinical efficacy of oral five oral Chinese herbal prescriptionsfor fracture treatment,and the final search date is December 29,2019.After being included and excluded by 2 researchers,Meta analysis was performed using STATA16.0 software,and mesh meta-analysis was performed using R software Gemtc package and STATA16.0 software.Results:(1)From the results of traditional Meta analysis to see the postoperative functional recovery and clinical symptoms improvement:a total of 27 RCT studies were included,a total of 4328 patients.The improvement of patients' pain symptom relief and its effectiveness,the difference and the shortened fracture healing time have statistical significance.(2)Indirect comparison from mesh meta-analysis shows that some five oral Chinese herbal prescriptions schemes significantly improve the symptoms and healing time of patients' fractures compared with regular processing schemes.In contrast,in the early stage of fractures,Jiegu Qili tablets and Sanqi Jiegu pills Reducing the patient has a more obvious effect,and Bushen Jiegu Tang and Sanhua Jiegu Powder have a more obvious effect on the fracture healing time than other five oral Chinese herbal prescriptionss.Conclusion:From the direct meta-analysis,the clinical symptom improvement of the five oral Chinese herbal prescriptions treatment group using oral five oral Chinese herbal prescriptions is higher than that of the control group using regular processing,which is statistically significant;the healing time of the patients using five oral Chinese herbal prescriptions is fracture healing The time is shorter than that of patients using regular processing,and the difference is statistically significant.From the perspective of mesh meta-analysis,two five oral Chinese herbal prescriptionss,Jiegu Qili Tablets and Bushen Jiegu Decoction,rank first in improving fracture symptoms and fracture healing time.The ability of five oral Chinese herbal prescriptions to promote fracture healing has been confirmed.In the case of fractures,five oral Chinese herbal prescriptionscan be selected when choosing a treatment plan.If combined surgery is needed,surgery can be used to treat patients with fractures.five oral Chinese herbal prescriptions can promote the formation of bone nodules and accelerate bone healing in patients.
