Study On Financial Risk Analysis And Control Of SZ Hospital Under The New Medical Reform

At present,our country is in a crucial stage of health care reform,great changes have taken place in the public hospital internal and external environment,in the face of increasing the number of private hospitals,medical technology by leaps and bounds,the transition of the medical insurance payment methods,the classification system of propulsion,patients with medical problems such as the diversification of demand,public hospitals,especially in the secondary hospital competition becomes more and more big,the various financial risk also follow.Financial risk,as an important factor for the healthy and sustainable development of a hospital,occupies a place in all aspects of the hospital,making every hospital have nowhere to hide and have to bite the bullet.In order to enable hospitals to better perform public welfare duties and achieve sound development,it is particularly important to carry out financial risk analysis and control research on public hospitals.Therefore,this paper selects SZ hospital as the research object to conduct financial risk analysis and control research under the background of new medical reform.This paper attempts to find out the possible financial risks of public hospitals through investigation,research and analysis,and on the basis of the analysis of the causes,put forward countermeasures and Suggestions to control the financial risks within the acceptable range of hospitals,so that the risk prevention and control of hospitals has a stronger practical guiding significance.Firstly,this paper starts from the research background,combines relevant theoretical knowledge of domestic and foreign literatures to clarify the research purpose and significance,and determine the research framework and methods.Then,the relevant concepts of hospital financial risk and the relevant theories of financial risk analysis and control are expounded.Secondly,by introducing the reasons and contents of the implementation of the new medical reform,this paper analyzes the financial risk and control problems of public hospitals under the new medical reform and their causes,and describes the current situation of the financial risk analysis and control of public hospitals under the new medical reform.Thirdly,the paper discusses the financial risks of SZ hospital under the new medical reform from four aspects:the basic situation of SZ hospital,the comparative analysis of the internal and external environment of SZ hospital before and after the new medical reform,the analysis of financial risks of SZ hospital under the new medical reform,and the reasons for the formation of financial risks of SZ hospital under the new medical reform.Finally,according to the reasons in the fourth part,corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are proposed to help SZ hospital to carry out effective risk control.Through the research of this paper,we hope to provide some references and references for public hospitals with financial risk prevention and control willingness.
