| Objective:This paper discusses the preparation of new Zhitong Cuyu paste into ointment gauze for dressing change on the wound surface after mixed hemorrhoids surgery.By observing the wound pain,exudation,granulation growth and healing rate of patients after mixed hemorrhoids surgery,the effects of new Zhitong Cuyu paste on wound healing and reducing complications after mixed hemorrhoids surgery were observed.The jade red gauze strips prepared by Yuhong paste in our hospital have a good therapeutic effect and high safety in wound healing after mixed hemorrhoids surgery,and can be used as a comparison object for new Zhitong Cuyu paste.Methods:Selected from December 2018 to December 2019 in changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital anorectal doctor parallel mixed hemorrhoid external strip in 70 cases of postoperative patients,randomly divided into new analgesic and promote the cream and jade article Yuhong groups,the treatment group and control group,each group of 35 cases,promote the postoperative treatment group given the new analgesic paste article gauze tamponade wound dressing,the control group given jade article red sand filling treatment,on postoperative day 3,7 days,10 days,14 days for four observation point in time,after medication to patients of postoperative pain degree,the secretion of the wound,granulation growth,wound healing rate and other indicators for record score.Results:The experimental results showed that the two groups of patients had the effect of promoting wound healing.By data analysis software:two group total effective rate was 100%,after statistical data analysis,can clear the X~2=1.178,P=O.555,(P>0.05),and proved by clinical observation,promote the new analgesic cream group and jade article red cream yarn in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids curative effect observation of postoperative wound healing failed to show obvious differences in two groups of drugs on,two groups of patients during treatment does not appear allergic reaction,in the process of the experimental group and control group and treatment effect plays promote wound healing.However,in the specific observation,the two drugs had obvious characteristics,and the new Zhitong Cuyu ointment could effectively relieve postoperative wound pain,which was superior to Yuhong ointment.Meanwhile,the granulation morphology was better than Yuhong ointment,but the wound surface was more permeable.Through the observation of postoperative medication,it was proved that the new Zhitong Cuyu ointment was safe and effective in the treatment of postoperative wound healing of mixed hemorrhoids,and it had the effects of reducing postoperative pain and promoting granulation growth,so it was suitable for clinical application.Conclusion:New Zhitong Cuyu paste is safe and effective in promoting wound healing after mixed hemorrhoids surgery,and has the effects of reducing postoperative pain,promoting healing and promoting granulation growth,etc.,so it is suitable for clinical application. |
