Objective: 1.To evaluate the level of compliance and self-efficacy of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes by investigating the status of compliance and self-efficacy.2.To investigate and analyze the influence of different demographic variables on medication compliance and self-efficacy of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who are registered in a community health service center of a street in Changchun City,so as to compare the influence of different demographic data on medication compliance and self-efficacy,and to compare the correlation between the two,so as to further explore for the elderly type 2diabetes The treatment of diabetic patients provides help, improves patients' medication compliance, enhances patients' self-efficacy level, and provides reference for improving patients' quality of life. Methods:In this study, the general information of T2 DM patients was investigated by questionnaire, the self-efficacy of type 2 diabetes patients was investigated by diabetes management self-efficacy scale, and the compliance of type 2 diabetes patients was investigated by medication compliance questionnaire; The effects of different demographic characteristics on self-efficacy and drug compliance of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were analyzed, and the correlation between self-efficacy and drug compliance of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes was explored. After the collected data are input into EXCEL form for sorting and analysis, and fully quantified, the statistical software spss19.0 is used for data statistics and analysis. The general demographic data of patients are described by frequency and percentage. The measurement data are expressed by((?) ±).Both samples belong to comparative application t-test;The measurement data were expressed by frequency and percentage, and the comparison between groups was performed by x2 test;Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between self-efficacy and drug compliance of elderly type 2 diabetic patients, and multiple stepwise analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting children's self-efficacy and drug compliance,in which the test level was 0.05,and finally the difference was expressed by bilateral P < 0.05 There was statistical significance. However,BMI,last fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose, spouse, type of medical insurance, smoking or drinking, frequency of drinking, treatment mode and family history of diabetes had no effect on the compliance of patients(P > 0.05).Results:1.Status quo of drug compliance: the total score of drug compliance of elderly type 2 diabetic patients is(4.72 ± 1.7(3),the lowest score is 1,the highest score is 8,which belongs to a lower level.Among the influencing factors, the age, gender, education level, family per capita monthly income, adverse reactions, treatment methods, diabetes awareness and consumption of diabetes mellitus all had an impact on the compliance of patients with type 2 diabetes(P < 0.05);However,BMI,last fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose, spouse, type of medical insurance, smoking or drinking, frequency of drinking, family history of diabetes mellitus and hospitalization due to diabetes had no significant effect on the compliance of patients(P > 0.05).2.Current situation of self-efficacy: the total score of self-efficacy in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes is(86.80± 24.47),the lowest score is 27,the highest score is 170,which belongs to the middle level.Among the influencing factors, the age, gender, education level, family per capita monthly income, adverse reactions, hospitalization due to diabetes and expenses for diabetes all had significant effects on the compliance of patients with type 2 diabetes(P < 0.05);3.The relationship between medication compliance and self-efficacy in elderly patients with type 2diabetes: in medication compliance, there was a positive correlation between the age, gender, education level, per capita monthly income of the family, the level of diabetes awareness, and the total score of self-efficacy and self-efficacy in elderly patients with type 2diabetes(P < 0.05);There was a negative correlation between the treatment, adverse reactions and the cost of diabetes and the self-efficacy of the elderly patients with type 2diabetes(P < 0.05).In self-efficacy,gender,education level and compliance scores were positively correlated with the elderly type 2 diabetes patients' drug compliance, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);in self-efficacy,whether the score of hospitalization due to diabetes was negatively correlated with drug compliance, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who are registered in a community health service center in Changchun City have a low level of drug compliance and a general sense of self-efficacy.There is a correlation between drug compliance andself-efficacy.The factors that affect drug compliance include: age, gender, education level, monthly income per capita, adverse reactions, treatment Methods of treatment, awareness of diabetes and the cost of diabetes; The influencing factors of self-efficacy include age, gender, education level, monthly income per capita, adverse reactions, hospitalization for diabetes and expenses for diabetes. To manage and intervene the patients with different conditions,to consider the patients' different education level and diabetes knowledge level,to give different levels of explanation and guidance,so that the patients with different education level can understand and accept their own disease situation;According to the per capita income of patients' families and the current spending on diabetes, adjust the treatment plan, establish the diabetes treatment foundation,so that every patient can get reasonable and effective treatment without economic pressure;according to the adverse reactions of patients with diabetes, adjust the treatment mode in time,so that every patient can get reasonable and effective treatment,so as to improve the elderly 2 Type 2 diabetes patients' medication compliance, enhance self-efficacy.
