Clinical Study Of Yiqi Lishui Decoction Combined With Functional Exercise For Breast Cancer Related Lymphedema

Objective: This topic is a clinical study of Yiqi Lishui Decoction combined with functional exercise in the treatment of lymphedema in postoperative breast cancer patients with "qi deficiency and blood stasis type" in the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.The evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine decoction on changes in upper arm circumference,upper limb edema,The influence of TCM syndromes and Karst scores,to verify the therapeutic effect of the instructor's self-designed clinical efficacy test formula Yiqi Lishui Fang on the lymphatic edema(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)caused by postoperative breast cancer patients,and to observe the improvement of patients' upper limb function Alleviate the pain caused by the illness and meet the patients' pursuit of quality of life.Methods:This subject randomly divided the patients included in this clinical study into 2groups,so that the number of cases completed in each group was 30.The treatment group used Yiqi Lishui Formula combined with functional exercise therapy.The control group only guided and urged patients to perform functional exercises.4 weeks is a course of treatment.Changes in the circumference of the upper arm,changes in the degree of edema of the upper limbs,improvement of clinical symptoms of TCM and improvement of the Kahya score were recorded before and after treatment.Scientific evaluation of Yiqi Lishui Decoction on the treatment of upper limb edema caused by postoperative breast cancer of qi deficiency and blood stasis type in TCM syndrome differentiation.Results: 1.Compared with the control group,the treatment group significantly improved the upper extremity edema(P <0.05).2.Compared with the control group,the treatment group significantly improved the patients' TCM syndromes(P <0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group(73.33%)was higher than that in the control group(26.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Compared with the control group,the treatment group significantly improved the patient's Karnofsky Performance score(P <0.05).Conclusions:1.Yiqi Lishui Decoction combined with functional exercise can alleviate edema of the upper limb of the affected side after breast cancer surgery,effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.2.Yiqi Lishui Decoction combined with functional exercise is a simple,safe,economical and effective method,which is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.
