The Clinical Study Of Controlling Yang Deficiency Lymphedema For Patients With Breast Cancer After Operation By The Methode Of Wenyang Lishui

Objective: Through clinical observation evaluation Wenyang Lishui treatment of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer clinical efficacy and safety.Methods: 60 cases will be included in the standard,Yang deficiency type with upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group,experimental group oral spleen,daily 1 agent,boiling water 2 times take oral juice points sooner or later,with body pressure treatment,control group simply give body pressure treatment,2 times a day,every time 30 minutes.Two groups of patients during treatment,both for regular daily nursing and upper limb functional exercise.In just ten days after the statistical results curative effect were observed.Results:1,Upper arm diameter weeks:(1)The treatment efficient: by chi-square test,the test efficiency of wrist respectively 73.3%,66.7%,10 cm wrist elbow,83.3%,80%,10 cm on the elbow in the control group efficient wrist 56.7% respectively,10 cm50 % on wrist,elbow,50%,50%,10 cm on the elbow in the two groups patients contrast between each part group were statistically significant(P< 0.05);(2)Week of arm diameter measurements:the t test,experimental results show that the wrist,10 cm on wrist,elbow,elbow on 10 cm of contrast before and after treatment was statistically difference(P < 0.05);No statistical difference before and after the wrist of the control group in addition to 10 cm(P = 0.137),the rest parts are significant(P< 0.05);Compared the two groups before and after treatment of the upper arm weeks diameter difference statistically significant(P< 0.05);Comprehensive the above results suggest the improvement of the experimental group is better than the control group.2,Upper limb function table:(1)The treatment efficient: by chi-square test,experimental group before and after treatment effective rate was 84%,control group effective rate was 47%,compared the two groups was statistically difference(P< 0.05);(2)The DASH score,the t test and compared between two groups before and after treatment in patients with integral group had no statistical difference(P> 0.05),compared to the DASH score difference between the two groups before and after treatment,the test score to improve results better than the control group.3,The side effect:two groups of patients before and after treatment of blood picture,liver and kidney function,electrolyte,electrocardiogram(ecg)has no obvious change.Conclusion: Being using scattered in spleen WenYang LiShui method,combined with western medicine foundation treatment,can effectibely improve Yang deficiency type with upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer clinical symptoms,no obvious adverse reaction,worth clinical promotion.
