Objective: To investigate and analyze the clinical outcome scale of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA),and evaluate the efficacy of RA patients with different drug treatments on the premise of taking traditional Chinese medicine decoction(Tengling Qingbi Zhitong decoction).The present integrated Chinese and western medicine has achieved certain curative effect RA clinical treatment,but the clinical report is less,also lacks the corresponding curative effect appraisal evidence,through the investigation and research to this scale to better guide the RA patient medication,optimizes the RA patient treatment plan.Methods:From September 2013 to October 2019,a total of 1000 outpatients and inpatients were diagnosed and treated with RA as the first diagnosis in western medicine by Professor Wang Chengwu of the affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the common clinical treatment plan,it can be divided into the following five groups: group 1 is the traditional Chinese medicine decoction elamod tablet;group 2 is the traditional Chinese medicine decoction leflumit tablet;group 3 is the traditional Chinese medicine decoction methotrexate tablet;group 4 is the traditional Chinese medicine decoction Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablet;group 5 is the traditional Chinese medicine decoction elamod tablet Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablet;each group has 200 patients.Patients in each group were filled write a scale(see appendix)to record 11 items of joint pain degree,swelling degree,stiffness time,pain joint fever degree,upper/lower limb joint motion degree,muscle soreness degree,appetite,mood,daily work fatigue degree and daily work difficulty degree in five groups of patients after 3 months of treatment cycle.As a result,the advantages and disadvantages of RA patients taking traditional Chinese medicine decoction were analyzed.Results:(1)The total number of men participating in the survey was 207,accounting for 20.7% of the total number of patients and 793 women,accounting for 79.3% of the total number of patients.he ratio of male and female patients is 1:3.83,which accords with theRA epidemiological distribution law.(2)The overall mean age of the patients surveyed was53.4 years and the majority were 46-60 years of age,with a higher incidence in this age group.(3)Group 2 was better than the other group in relieving muscle soreness.(4)Group 4was significantly less effective than the rest in relieving appetite.(5)Group 5,Group 2,Group 1 in relieving early morning stiffness of the joint degree of efficacy was better than group 3,group 4.(6)Group 5 was better than the other group in relieving joint pain,swelling,stiffness,fever,difficulty in upper/lower limb joint movement,fatigue and difficulty in daily life.(7)There was no significant difference between the five groups in whether the patients had recently experienced restlessness or depression relief.(8)After calculating the total score and grading of the disease activity,the five groups obtained that group 5 had the most obvious curative effect on relieving the patient's overall condition;group 4 had obviously inferior curative effect on relieving the patient's overall condition in the rest of the group.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with Elamod and Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets in the relief of RA patients can show greater advantages,better treatment of RA patients.
