Risk Factors For Recurrent Of Ischemic Stroke

In China,the high incidence of ischemic strokes causes at least 1.5 million residents to suffer strokes of various causes each year,and even those who survive will be disabled by the sequela.In recent years,the recurrent trend of ischemic stroke has been increasing year by year,and its mortality and disability rate are higher than those of the patients with the first onset,and the quality of life is not optimistic.Among the first stroke victims,25³3%will have a recurrence within 3⁵ years,or even multiple recurrences,leading to progressive disease and death^[1].The research on risk factors of ischemic stroke recurrence is a hot topic at present,which shows the value and importance of the research.Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the risk factors of ischemic stroke recurrence in patients,so as to provide reference for secondary prevention of ischemic stroke and to help the population better prevent and treat the recurrence of ischemic stroke.Methods:Subjects were selected from patients with ischemic stroke who visited the Department of Encephalopathy and the Center for Prevention and Treatment of Diseases.Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from November 2018 to November 2019 to form a case group,and patients without the disease but with possible risk factors or healthy physical examination were selected to form a control group based on age and gender.Uses the questionnaire survey form to collect the object of study of general situation?gender,age,height,weight,marital status?,social and economic information?health care categories,working conditions?,personal history,smoking,drinking,past medical history?hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease,hyperlipidemia?,family history and the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine?Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,qi deficiency,qi depression,gentle temperament,blood stasis,phlegm wet mass,damp and hot and the great mass?.After all the information except age was classified and assigned,the analysis software was used for statistical analysis by the latest IBM SPSS Statistics 26statistical software.The chi-square test and the independent sample T test were used for single-factor screening,and differences between the two groups were selected,that is,factors likely to influence ischemic stroke recurrence were taken into the multivariate logistic regression equation for analysis.Results:There This research mainly involves general situation,past history,TCM constitution,personal history,family history,and social and economic factorsThe main research results are as follows:1.Baseline characteristics:there were 164 subjects in this study,including 82 patients in the case group and 82 patients in the control group.The distribution of age and gender was the same between the two groups?P>0.05?.In the case group,the oldest patient was 79years old,and the youngest patient was 46 years old,with an average age of 65.66 years old.The oldest patients in the control group were 79 years old,the youngest was 46 years old,and the average age was 63.60 years old.In this study,98 of the 164 patients were males,accounting for 59.8%.There were 66 women,accounting for 40.2%.The ratio of females to males was 0.67 to 1,with more male patients than female patients.Among the 84 cases in the medical record group,49 were males,accounting for 59.8%.There were 33 female patients,accounting for 40.2%.The recurrence rate of male patients was significantly higher than that of female patients.2.The traditional Chinese medicine constitution distribution:the investigation and analysis found that most patients with ischemic stroke recurrence are of multiple constitution types.In this study group,the number of people with phlegm and dampness was up to 65,accounting for 39.6%of the total number of people.Among them,49 subjects in the medical record group were phlegm and dampness,accounting for 23.2%.In the control group,16 people were phlegmatic and wet,accounting for 19.0%.In the control group,the distribution of phlegm and dampness was relatively large,and there were 19subjects of moderate quality,accounting for 11.6%of the total population.In the control group,18 people were mild,accounting for 22.0%.3.Single factor screening:according to the P value,according to the results of case group and control group of patients in 21 items of influence factor,the combination of disease?hypertension?,merger disease?CHD?,merge disease?diabetes?,Chinese medicine constitution?phlegmy wet mass?,Chinese medicine constitution?peace?,occupational status?removing?,personal history?drinking?and so on seven aspects the differences between the two groups.4.Logistic regression analysis of multiple factors:TCM constitution?phlegm and dampness?,combined with hypertension,combined with coronary heart disease,combined with diabetes,occupational status?retirement?and ischemic stroke recurrence;The constitution of traditional Chinese medicine?TCM?was negatively correlated with the recurrence of ischemic stroke.Conclusion:1.TCM constitution?phlegm and dampness?,concomitant?hypertension?,concomitant?coronary heart disease?,concomitant?diabetes?,occupational status?retirement?are correlated with ischemic stroke recurrence,while TCM constitution?mild quality?is negatively correlated with ischemic stroke recurrence.2.The study on the factors of ischemic stroke recurrence has the necessity of secondary prevention of stroke patients and the guidance of doctors'clinical diagnosis and treatment.It is not only necessary to analyze the influencing factors of epidemiology,but also to strengthen the analysis of the constitution and social factors of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to help people better prevent and treat ischemic stroke...
