The Clinical Observation On Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome Of The Sequelae Of PID Treated By Qi Yan Kang Granule

Objective:To investigate the Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of self-made Qiyankang granules used in the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases,observe the clinical effect of the drug and the safety of the drug,and study the self-made Qiyankang granules for the treatment of this disease Mechanism,expand broader ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease,and provide a theoretical basis for self-made Qiyankang granules as a powerful means for the treatment of clinical patients.Methods:According to the diagnosis standard of the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,the patients were selected.The case selection of this andexperimental subject comes from the gynecological outpatients in Jilin traditional Chinese medicine hospital,and the case collection time is from December 2018 to October 2019.According to the above criteria,we collected 72 patients and divided them into two groups according to the time of treatment.This research according to the principle of random divided into treatment group and control group(n = 36,by the end of the research papers written prophase data processing stage,due to various factors in the experimental group and the control group into the group,all cases to reduce a,eventually35 into the group of patients in each group of experiment data for statistical analysis and get the conclusion in this study.Treatment group and control group were given from stilbene kang granules,proprietary Chinese medicine Dan huang and remove stasis capsule drug treatment,observation experiment and compare the curative effect of two groups patients and symptom scores before and after the treatment and will give scientific,careful analysis of the experimental data,complete the statistical evaluation,is used to verify for pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)from stilbene inflammation in patients with therapeutic effect and safety of particles.Results:During the whole stage after clinical treatment,two groups of patients have1 person halfway out of the experimental study for various reasons,so a total of 70 patients as observation object(two groups of equal number of 35 cases),based on the change of the patients with symptoms and signs before and after treatment to draw two groups of efficient were 91.43%(treatment group),88.57%(control group),the conclusion: to treat the disease the stilbene kang granule has a bigger superiority,is worth promoting and applying in the clinic.Conclusion:70 cases of the sequelae of the pelvic inflammatory disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis type have gone through strict and thorough data statistics.The results show that the self-made qiyankang granule has not only outstanding effect,but also no harm,and it is worth relying on.Through clinical practice and the overall effect of the patients after medication,the self-made qiyankang granule has better effect than the sequelae of the pelvic inflammatory disease(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)Danhuang Quyu capsule is worthy of further promotion in medical treatment.
