Objective:To investigate the value of cardioenzyme detection in children with rotavirus(RV)infection by detecting the biochemical indexes of cardioenzyme spectrum. Methods:The subjects of this study were 180 children with rotavirus enteritis treated in our hospital from October 2017 to December 2018 as the observation group, and 180 children with acute diarrhea who were not infected by Rotavirus were treated in our hospital at the same time as the control group. The detection of rotavirus in children with rotavirus infection was mainly carried out by the method of colloidal gold, and then the Myocardial Zymogram of two groups of children which included the levels of Creatine kinase(CK),Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),Creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),Aspartate aminotransfrease(AST)and Alpha-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(?-HBDH)was detected by the automatic analyzer. The difference of Myocardial Zymogram between rotavirus-positive and rotavirus-negative children were compared and the difference of Myocardial Zymogram between the two groups before and after treatment were also compared. To know whether rotavirus infection was accompanied by cardiac damage, the relationship between the degree of diarrhea and Myocardial Zymogram was analyzed and compared. The ECG,Chest Radiography,Color Doppler Echocardiography and other physical instruments were used to examine the damage of the heart of the children with elevated Myocardial Zymogram. All the data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0.T test was used for quantitative data,chi-square test was used for qualitative data, and variance analysis was used for multi-group data.P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the general condition of children in the observation group and the control group, such as sex, age, weight and degree of disease(P>0.05).2.The results showed that the level of Myocardial Zymogram in rotavirus infected children was higher than that in non-rotavirus infected children(P<0.001).After treatment, the Myocardial Zymogram of the children in the observation group decreased to normal, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).While the difference was not statistically significant in the control group after treatment(P>0.05).3.With the increase of dehydration degree and acidosis degree, the level of Myocardial Zymogram in the observation group was increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).With the increase of dehydration degree, the levels of CK and LDH in the control group were significantly increased(P<0.001),but the changes of AST,?-BHBD and CK-MB were not significantly different(P>0.05).With the increase of acidosis degree, the level of Myocardial Zymogram in the control group was increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).4.With the increase of the degree of dehydration, the abnormal change of ECG,Chest Radiography and Color Doppler Echocardiography were increased and the possibility of heart injury were significant increased(P<0.001).Conclusion:1.The myocardial enzyme of children with rotavirus enteritis is generally higher than that of children without rotavirus enteritis.2.With the increase of dehydration degree and acidosis level, the myocardial enzyme spectrum level of children with rotavirus enteritis increase correspondingly. The results showed that the changes of myocardial enzyme spectrum were related to the severity of diarrhea in children.3.Dynamic observation of myocardial enzyme spectrum changing, combined with electrocardiogram and echocardiography, can clearly diagnose myocarditis.Using the change of myocardial enzyme spectrum index to guide treatment,to predict the prognosis of children, and to judge the degree of infection of rotavirus has important clinical significance.
