With the rapid development of medical digitalization,smart medical and mobile medical technologies,the privacy and security of medical data are also widely concerned.There is an urgent need for new methods to solve the privacy protection of medical and health data.In recent years,with the development of blockchain technology,the anonymity and non tamperability of blockchain technology have been verified.As a safe and reliable decentralized technology,blockchain has rapidly become a research hotspot in the field of health care to protect data security and privacy.Aiming at the privacy problem of medical and health data,this paper introduces the blockchain technology based on the traditional medical data sharing model,and solves two levels of problems: protecting the level of privacy of medical health data source by using homomorphic encryption algorithm,protecting the level of node interaction of location information of by using DHT network communication to hide the network topology of the user node,meanwhile protecting the privacy of the user by using k-anonymity algorithm.The contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of data source privacy in the process of medical data sharing,a privacy protection model of medical data source based on blockchain and homomorphic encryption is proposed.When the node transmits medical data in the model,it can protect the privacy of the data source through the homomorphic encryption contract algorithm in the model,and protect the privacy of the data source in the process of transmission and use.The experimental results show that the model can still be calculated under the premise of data source encryption,and can meet the data analysis needs of some node users.(2)Aiming at the problem of location privacy of node devices in medical blockchain sharing platform,a model of location privacy protection of node devices based on blockchain is proposed.When the user node communicates and interacts in the model,the real IP address of the node is hidden to avoid exposing the real topology of the network.In addition,when the node collects user information through the model,it can use k-anonymity algorithm in the model to generalize user information and protect the privacy of user information in the process of using and collecting.The experimental results show that the model protects the location sensitive information of user nodes in the process of collecting medical and health data.
