| Objective:Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction is often used for the treatment of Yang deficiency and cold.In the clinical practice,professor Gao Jianzhong is especially good at treating the "fluid retention caused by yang deficiency" syndrome with Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction.This paper studies the dispensing of Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction,through literature review and the understanding of medical experts on it.by collecting the clinical medical cases of the tutor,using the method of data mining,the law of drug compatibility of Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is studied and analyzed.Method:In this study,430 clinical cases of Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction used by professor Gao Jianzhong were collected,and the data were recorded into excel tables respectively.Frequency statistics,cluster analysis and association rule analysis were carried out for sex,age,symptoms,tongue image,pulse image,medication and other contents in the medical cases to explore the clinical experience of Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction.Result:??Frequency statistics1.Basic information: through the analysis of data,it is found that:(1)male accounts for 49.30%,female accounts for 50.70%,and the ratio of male to female is about 1:1;(2)the main age of onset is 0-10 years old,accounting for 28.37% of the total,with children as the main population;the onset time is concentrated in August,accounting for 32.79%.2.Symptom distribution: according to the data collection,the most frequent symptom of allergic rhinitis was nasal obstruction(74.88%),followed by slug(60.70%),sneeze(57.44%),rhinocnesmus(20.47%);the most frequent co-symptom was cough(20.00%),followed by itchy eyes(16.05%),poor sleep(15.12%),and dry stool(13.72%).3.The situation of tongue and pulse: through the analysis of 430 medical cases,it was found that the tongue was mainly light red,accounting for 48.60%;the tongueimages with dark color,including light dark tongue,dark tongue,dark red tongue and red dark tongue,accounted for 38.37%,second only to light red tongue;the tongue coating was mainly white fur(60.93%);the single pulse image was mainly slow pulse,accounting for 32.79%;the complex pulse image was mainly thin and slow pulse,accounting for 41.40%.4.Drug use: the main drugs are raw ephedra,asarum,Monkshood,fried bombyx mori,cicada slough and semen lepidii;the top five drugs in addition and subtraction are fried gizzard pepsin(98.60%),biond magnolia flower(93.72%),houttuynia(76.51%),fried tribulus terrestris(60.23%)and hedyotis diffusa(44.65%);in terms of dose,for patients aged 1-10,the commonly used dose of raw ephedra is 1g and that of Asarum is 1g,the commonly used dose of Monkshood is 3g,the commonly used dose of fried Bombyx mori is 6g,the commonly used dose of cicada molting is 6g,and the commonly used dose of semen lepidii is 6g;For Patients over the age of 10,the commonly used dose of raw ephedra is 3g,the commonly used dose of Asarum is 3g,the commonly used dose of Monkshood is 9g,the commonly used dose of fried Bombyx mori is 9g,the commonly used dose of cicada molting is 9g,and the commonly used dose of semen lepidii is 15g;In terms of drug categories,relieving drugs(100%),calming liver wind drugs(100%)and phlegm-resolving drugs(100%)were mainly used,followed by digestant drugs(98.60%)and antipyretic drugs(83.72%).In terms of joint formula,Xiaoqinglong Decoction ranked first,accounting for 52.73%,followed by Chaiguilongmu Decoction,accounting for 11.82%.5.Distribution of syndrome types: there are two syndrome types,of which cold drink syndrome is the main one,accounting for 85.35%;the second one is Yin Yu Hua re syndrome,accounting for 14.65%.?? Cluster analysis1.Cluster analysis was conducted for the first 15 symptoms,and two types of combinations were obtained: S1: white phlegm,dry mouth,headache,snoring,itchy throat,sweating,runny nose,dry stool,poor sleep;S2: itchy nose,itchy eyes,cough,clear nose,sneeze,and stuffy nose.S2 is the common symptoms of allergic rhinitis.2.Cluster analysis was made for the first 15 drugs except fried stiff silkworm,cicada molt and semen lepidii,and four kinds of combinations were obtained: S1: keeland oyster,which have the effect of nourishing yin and concealing Yang;S2:Angelica dahurica,Hedyotis diffusa and Fructus Kochiae Scopariae,which have the effect of dispelling wind and drying dampness;S3: fried gizzard pepsin and biond magnolia flower have the effect of invigorating spleen and opening up;S4:Houttuynia cordata and fried thistle,which have the the effects of dispelling wind and clearing away heat.?? Association rule analysis1.The drugs used in combination with Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction,for the combination of the two drugs,the highest confidence is biond magnolia flower ?fried gizzard pepsin,fried gizzard pepsin ? biond magnolia flower two groups,80.571%,for the combination of the three drugs,the highest confidence is Hedyotis diffusa,fried gizzard pepsin ? biond magnolia flower,94.444%,the highest support is Houttuynia,fried gizzard pepsin ? biond magnolia flower,Houttuynia,biond magnolia flower ? fried gizzard pepsin two groups,25 694%.2.The correlation analysis of the accompanying symptoms of allergic rhinitis was carried out.The highest confidence level was eye itch ? clear tears(88.406%).The confidence level was 78%-85%.There were three groups: poor sleep ? stuffy nose,itchy nose ? clear tears,itchy nose ? clear tears.The highest level of support was sneezing ? sludging(57.309%).Over 20% of the patients also had nasal itching? sludging,nasal itching ? sneezing.The above symptoms are common symptoms of allergic rhinitis.3.The results of correlation analysis of symptoms and drugs showed that the confidence degree of correlation analysis of symptoms and drugs was 100.The highest degree of support was nasal congestion ? ephedra,nasal congestion ? asarum,nasal congestion ? Monkshood,nasal congestion ? Fried stiff silkworm,nasal congestion? cicada slough,nasal congestion ?semen lepidii,all of which were 74.478%.Conclusion:Through the analysis of the medical cases of Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)In patients with allergic rhinitis,Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction can be used at all ages,of which children account for the highest proportion.(2)The patients with allergic rhinitis can be treated with Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction no matter whether their symptoms are cold or hot.(3)When using Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction to treat allergic rhinitis,we should pay attention to strengthening the spleen and stomach.(4)According to the accompanying symptoms,the combination group can be used to expand the use and improve the efficacy.In the use of Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction,we should grasp the basic pathogenesis of deficiency of Yang Qi and the underlying pathogenesis of cold drink.In addition,it is easy to block the Qi due to the evil drink,so the treatment should be based on the method of Tongyang Huayin and regulating Qi activity,and the treatment should be increased or decreased according to the syndrome. |
