1 Background Through the analysis of clinical data, the clinical effect of using closed reduction axial nails combined with one and two hollow nails in the treatment of Sanders type ?and ? calcaneal fractures was explored. The fixed strength provides a theoretical basis.2 Objective A retrospective analysis of 60 patients with Sanders type II and type III calcaneal fractures who were admitted to the outpatient and emergency department of Wuhu City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to August 2019 was divided into groups A and B according to the inclusion criteria In each of 30 cases, minimally invasive treatment with closed reduction hollow nails was used.Group A used two transverse nails to support and fix the posterior subtalar joint, and Group B used one transverse nail to support and fix the posterior subtalar joint. The study data included intraoperative blood loss, operation time, hospitalization time, postoperative pain VAS score, fracture healing time, preoperative and first day after surgery, and affected calcaneus bones,Bohler angle,Gissane angle, and calcaneus 6 months after surgery.Width, half a year after operation, the affected feet were scored according to Maryland foot function and related postoperative complications were recorded.3 Methods The improvement of calcaneal Bohler angle and Gissane angle in group A patients was better than those in group B(P <0.05);group A patients had better Maryland scores than group B(P <0.05)after six months of operation, and the difference between groups It was statistically significant;the incidence of postoperative complications in group A was less than that in group B,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between group A and group B patients in intraoperative blood loss, operation time, hospital stay, pain VAS score on the second postoperative day, fracture healing time,Bohler angle,Gissane angle, and calcaneus width on the first postoperative day Difference(P> 0.05).4 Results Percutaneous closed prying reduction axial nail combined with lateral nail internal fixation for the treatment of calcaneal fractures has a more reliable surgical treatment effect. However, due to the weak support under the articular surface, there is a risk of the articular surface collapsing again and reducing the height of the calcaneus, which affects the function of the ankle joint. After research, the use of two transversal nails on the articular surface downward plane support has the advantages of firm fixation and better short-term curative effect than one transversal nail fixation, which has certain clinical promotion value. |
