Study On The Syndrome And Treatment Of Yueju Pill Based On Modern Medical Clinical Cases

Objective:Yueju pill,which comprise five drugs namely ligusticum wallichii,rhizoma cyperi,rhizoma atractylodis,fructus Gardeniae,medicated leaven was created by Zhu Danxi,a well-known medical scientist of Ziyin School.It can treat the disease manifesting the symptoms like chest tightness,nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain,undigested diet and rotten sour swallowing acid.And its function is to promote qi circulation and removing obstruction.Danxi Heart Law is a more refined exposition of Yueju pill.As a famous prescription of Danxi,this prescription has undergone ancient and modern clinical verification.This article studies the ancient and modern literature of Yueju pill,summarizes the essence of its prescriptions,elaborates its application rules,and provides a basis for its clinical use.Methods:The literature data were collected and divided into prescriptions and analyses on prescriptions,pharmacological studies,clinical cases,and clinical observations according to their different properties,and then different methods were used to explore Yueju pill prescriptions.1)Use textual interpretation to interpret the literature about prescriptions and analyses on prescriptions,to understand the historical background of Zhu Danxi,and to summarize the historical origins of Yueju pill and its nature;analyze the discrimination method between Yueju pill and its related prescription;summarize the ancient famous doctors' understanding and application of the prescription;2)summarize the situation of Yueju pill's disease spectrum and combined prescription by analyzing the collected modern clinical medical records and observational literature data.By studying modern clinical medical literature,through the use of frequency statistics,golden section method,cluster analysis,association rules and other methods and technical routes,the law of Yueju pill is revealed.Results:1.Basic pathogenesis: qi is not smooth;qi and blood are discordant;2.Effect: to promote qi circulation and removing obstruction;3.Disease spectrum: there are many causes of Yueju pill syndrome,and clinical manifestations involve multiple systems,including digestive system,mental nervous system and gynecological disease;4.Core pulse and syndrome: anorexia,irritability,insomnia,emotional depression,abdominal distension,chest distress,taste abnormality,fatigue,hypochondriac distention,abdominal pain,red or purple tongue,Yellow or white greasy tongue coating,the main pulse being string-like,or both smooth or thready or rapid;5.General situation:(1)Age: the majority of patients were 30-50 years old,accounting for 78.17%.(2)Gender: the ratio of male to female is 1:2.11,and the female patients is in the majority.(3)The syndrome type is mainly composed of qi depression transforming into fire,qi stagnation and blood stasis.The liver(gallbladder)and spleen(stomach)were the main disease sites.(4)Etiology: the most common cause is emotional internal injuries,accounting for 62.14%.(5)Course of disease: one to three years,accounting for25.12%.6.The frequency of using the original medicine shows that the frequency of using rhizoma cyperi is the most,ligusticum wallichii the second.The average dose of each drug in the original prescription varies very little,all were about 10 grams,and the difference between the maximum and minimum was less than 3 grams.7.The drugs of tonifying deficiency(most of them are Tonifying qi),clearing away heat,and promoting the circulation of qi are often added to the syndrome;in terms of single drug,liquorice root 76,bupleurum66,pinellia 54,poria 42,paeony 40,angelica 38,radix curcumae 37,fructus aurantii 35,tangerine peel 32,radix aucklandiae 32,magnolia 30,coptis 29,hawthorn 28,rhizoma corydalis 26,semen ziziphi spinosi 25,atractylodes25,salvia miltiorrhiza 24,radix paeoniae rubra22,rheum officinale20,fructus amomi20,and so on are the drugs with relatively more frequent use of Yueju pill;8.Cluster analysis shows that the core drug dosage will change with its core pulse and syndrome.In this paper,the third and the second groups are analyzed.Both core pulse diseases are systemic symptoms caused by qi dysfunction and qi and blood are discordant.With only slight changes,the drug dosage of the two groups has corresponding minor changes.9.The analysis of association rules shows that the correlation confidence of core pulse disease and core drug of Yueju pill is more than61.8%.It can be concluded that there is correlation between core pulse disease and core drug.10.Combination: the decoction of Ganmai Dazao with Chinese date is used most frequently.Conclusion:This paper chooses scientific methods to discuss the law of Yueju pill,and further understand this syndrome.Due to the six pathogenic stagnation caused by the abnormal rise and fall of qi and qi-blood disharmony is the basic pathogenesis of Yueju pill,Common indications for Yueju pill clinical use are anorexia,irritability,insomnia,emotional depression,abdominal distension,chest distress,taste abnormality,fatigue,hypochondriac distention,abdominal pain,red or purple tongue,Yellow or white greasy tongue coating,the main pulse being string-like,or both smooth or thready or rapid,so the diseases of multiple systems that meet these pathogenesis and symptoms can be treated by Yuju pill.
