Objective:In this study,TCM health management intervention was used to treat f unctional dyspepsia.Through clinical controlled studies, the improvement of clini cal symptoms and recurrence were observed to provide a theoretical basis for cli nical treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods:Select 76 patients with functional dyspepsia who attended the Departmen t of Spleen and Gastroenterology of Wuhu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. The control group was given conventional treatment(Routine medicine + routine health education),and the intervention group was added with traditional Chinese medicine health management based on conventional treatment. The course of treat ment is 8 weeks. After the course of treatment,Observe the patients' overall efficac y,changes in TCM syndrome scores, and clinical recurrence.Results:(1)Comparison of overall efficacy between the two groups:The total effect ive rates of the intervention group and the control group were 77.78% and 54.29%,respectively.After testing,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(2)Comparison of individual TCM symptom scores between the two groups:(1)Pre-treatment two groups of single TCM symptom scores P>0.05,no difference, comp arable.(2)Comparison of post-prandial discomfort and early satiety scores between the two groups before and after treatment,P<0.05,indicating that the symptoms of the two groups improved significantly after treatment, and the intervention group was more effective than the control group.(3)Comparison of upper abdominal pai n and burning symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatmen t,P>0.05,there was no statistical difference.(3)Comparison of total scores of TCM before and after intervention:The total scor e of TCM before intervention in two groups,P>0.05,no statistical significance.Afte r the intervention, the total scores of both groups decreased, and the intervention g roup had a better effect,P<0.05.(4)Clinical recurrence:One patient in the intervention group relapsed with a recurr ence rate of 2.78%;six patients in the control group relapsed with a recurrence rate of 17.14%.P<0.05,statistically significant. Conclusion: TCM health management can effectively improve the clinical sympto ms of patients, reduce the recurrence rate, and improve the quality of life of patie nts.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
