Research On Home-based Care For The Aged In Guangrao County Based On The Demand Of Mental Health Services

In the old age,people have to face not only physical problems such as physical aging and physiological function decline,but also a series of psychological problems caused by the sense of loneliness brought about by the change of social status and the inadaptability to the existing environment.These lonely,depressed and even autistic problems are often ignored,which makes the psychological problems more and more serious,thus affecting the physical health of the elderly.The study of home-based pension from the perspective of mental health service demand can not only broaden the research perspective and thinking of home-based pension service,promote the formation of a comprehensive home-based pension service system,but also attract the attention of the government,society and family,promote the implementation of relevant policies,improve the credibility of the government,promote the smooth realization of "healthy aging" and "active aging",and meet the needs of The elderly need mental health and improve the quality of life.On the basis of reading a large number of relevant research literature,this paper fully studies and analyzes the demand spillover theory,Maslow's demand chromatography theory and welfare pluralism theory.Taking the elderly in Guangrao County,Dongying City as the object of investigation,this paper carries out a questionnaire survey on the level of demand of the elderly,satisfaction survey and type of demand for psychological services,and uses SPSS software to investigate the content and results of the questionnaire Reliability,validity analysis and descriptive statistics were used to ensure the validity of the questionnaire results.The results of questionnaire survey show that the pursuit of belonging,love and respect is the highest among the elderly,and the demand score of each item in the type of mental health service is higher than the average.Therefore,based on the survey results,this paper first analyzes the three major problems of home-based elderly care psychological services in Guangrao County,which are the inadequate implementation of mental health service policies,the lack of universality and pertinence of mental health services,and the low professionalism of mental health service members;secondly,it analyzes the three reasons for the above problems,namely,the insufficient supply of government policies,and the lack of finance Finally,in view of the above problems,the paper proposes to build a mental health service guarantee system with special policies,build a "prevention first,treatment second" guarantee system,innovate the content of mental services,build a self-protection barrier,increase the construction of mental health service team,and build a multi-level Four suggestions on service system.
