Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Fu's subcutaneous needling in the treatment of tension type headache,which expanded new ideas for the treatment of tension type headache by acupuncture.Methods: Will conform to the diagnostic standard of 60 patients with tension type headache,through statistics department provides random envelopes will be included in the distribution of patients into two groups,control group conventional acupuncture,treatment group with conventional acupuncture + Fu's subcutaneous needling,shall be the standard treatment for 14 days,using statistical analysis to evaluate the curative effect,by the changes of before and after treatment with the VAS score and headache integral score.Results:1.Both treatments have good effects on tension type headache.2.Headache score and VAS score: before treatment: there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment: There were statistically significant differences between the groups(P < 0.05).These results indicated that the two groups were comparable before treatment,and there were significant differences in the degree of improvement of pain and headache symptoms after treatment.3.After treatment,the clinical total effective rate between the two groups was 90.0% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicated that there was a significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups.Conclusion: The results of the study confirmed that acupuncture combined with Fu's subcutaneous needling in the treatment of tension type headache can effectively reduce the degree of pain,relieve the clinical symptoms,and obtain theexact clinical efficacy and is better than the conventional acupuncture group,with no adverse reactions,providing a new method for clinical treatment.
