Xuantong Decoction For Patients With Stasis In Convalescent Stage Of Blood Stasis Stagnating Collaterals Syndrome Tape Of Facial Neuritis Clinical Intervention Research

Objective:To observe the effects of Xuantong Decoction on the blink reflex R1,R2,R2 'latency,House-Brackmann grade distribution,TCM symptom score,and FDI score in patients with choroidal facial neuritis during recovery,evaluating its clinical efficacy and safety,and provide theoretical support and basis for practical applications.Methods:Fifty-two patients with recovery from stasis and choroidal facial neuritis meeting this test standard were randomly divided into a test group and a control group of26 patients each.The control group was given basic treatment,and the test group was given Xuantong Decoction orally under the same basic treatment.After one month of treatment,the changes in the R1,R2,R2 'incubation results,House-Brackmann grade distribution,TCM symptom scale score,and FDI scale of the two groups were observed.Results: In terms of improving the efficacy of the blink latency R1,R2,and R2'latency,the conduction velocity of each wave in the BR latency period of the experimental group(n = 13)and the control group(n = 11)was significantly higher than that before treatment However,there was no significant difference in the efficacy of BR latency between the experimental group and the control group after treatment(P> 0.05).In terms of improvement of House-Brackmann grade distribution,there was no significant difference in the efficacy of the experimental group compared with the control group(P>0.05).In terms of improving FDI scores,the efficacy of the test group was significantly better than that of the control group(P <0.01).In terms of improving the symptoms ofTCM,the symptom score of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the curative effect of the test group was significantly better than that of the control group(P <0.05).After treatment,neither group of patients experienced adverse drug events.Conclusion:To some extent,xuantong decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of convalescence patients with venulocytic facial neuritis,reduce the index of facial disability,and reduce the psychological burden of patients.
