Objective: Through the clinical analysis of hospital acquired pneumonia in children with acute leukemia diagnosed and treated with induced remission,in order to clarify the relevant risk factors of hospital acquired pneumonia in children with acute leukemia, and to acquire hospital acquired children with acute leukemia in the future. The prevention and treatment of pneumonia provide relevant evidence. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 445 patients with acute leukemia who had completed induction chemotherapy during January 2015 to January 2020.Children's clinical manifestations and related examination results are extremely related to risk factors. Results: A total of 445 children who met the criteria and 113 children with hospital-acquired pneumonia were included. The incidence was25.39%.Multiple specimen cultures were performed, including blood culture, sputum culture, alveolar lavage fluid culture, and pharyngeal test culture.Among them, blood culture was performed 169 times, with 34 positive culture results, accounting for only 20.1%.The culture results were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Candida glabrata,Streptococcus pneumoniae is more common. The risk factors for HAP in children with acute leukemia during induction remission are the degree of neutropenia and the duration of neutrophil deficiency. The age, sex, type of leukemia, chemotherapy stage, and whether or not to use hormone drugs had no significant difference in the incidence of HAP in children with acute leukemia during induction of remission. Conclusion: Children with acute leukemia in our hospital have low immunity due to chemotherapy treatment and children's physiological characteristics, which is prone to hospital-acquired pneumonia, and the incidence of the disease is found to be high. Therefore, preventive and control measures should be given in advance for patients with acute leukemia. The treatment and prognosis of children are of great significance. It is necessary to give timely and reasonable step-down anti-infection treatment when infection occurs. At the same time, the degree and duration of neutrophil deficiency need to be closely monitored. These two risk factors are closely related to the hospital-acquired pneumonia in children. It is necessary to pay attention to aseptic operation in clinical operation,to reduce iatrogenic infection as much as possible, and to strengthen the health protection education of children and their families is also necessary.
