Objective:As one of the sub-centers of the multi-center study about the pathogen of community-acquired pneumonia(CAP)of children,to analyze epidemiology features of hospitalized children in our hospital from2015 to 2016.Methods:Collect the nasopharyngeal suction and venous blood from the children who admitted to respiratory ward because of CAP to do the bacteria culture from March 2015 to March 2016,and the nasopharyngeal suction accomplished the PCR detection of 18 kinds of respiratory viruses,Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)and Chlamydia trachomatis(CT).Result:1.187 of 357 patients were detected positive of bacteria(52.4%,187/357),and the most frequent detected bacteria was Streptococcus Pneumonia(SP),followed by Haemophilus Influenza(HI)and Staphylococcus Aureus(SA).2.187 of 357 patients were detectedpositive of virus(41.5%,148/357),the most common detected virus followed by Enterovirus/Rhinovirus(EV/RV),Human Metapneumovirus(h MPV)and Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV).3.17 MP detected positive(4.8%,17/357),7 CT detected positive(2.0%,7/357).The positive rate of MP in children aged 5-18 was the highest(47.1%,8/17),and CT was only detected in children under 1 year old.4.28.5%(102/357)of children were detected more than 2 kinds of pathogens, viruse and bacteria mixed common, viruse and bacteria mixed rate in ordinary pneumonia and severe pneumonia was 16.8%(45/268),32.6%(29/89),and the difference was statistically significant(?2=10.142,P=0.001).5.The main pathogens under 5years of age were single bacteria and mixed pathogens, single virus and MP were in the dominant position in children aged 5-18.Single bacteria detected mostly in winter and spring season;Single virus detection was common in summer, followed by spring. Conclusion : The most common pathogen in CAP of children is bacteria, and the SP is topped the list, the positive rate of EV/RV and h MPV were higher than RSV,indicating its status should not be ignored.Virus mixed with bacteria is common, and they are more likely to cause severe pneumonia.Single bacteria and mixed pathogens were detected more likely in children under 5 years of age, with single virus and MP as the main pathogen in children over 5 years old.Single bacteria detected in winter and spring, single virus detected in summer, mixed pathogen detected noobvious seasonal difference.
