Xiaoke Jianpi Capsule Treating Diabesity Of Spleen Vacuity With Damp Encumbrance By Reducing Serum Leptin

Objective:to verify that xiaoke jianpi capsule can reduce the weight of obese patients with spleen vacuity with damp encumbrance of type 2 diabetes mellitus and reduce the serum leptin level.We observed changes in FPG,2hPG,liver and kidney function,blood routine and main clinical symptoms and signs of the patients before and after treatment,to make sure the efficacy and safety of this treatment method.Methods:60 patients were screened and divided into 2 groups:treatment group and control group(30 patients each).The control group was given metformin orally,and the treatment group was given xiaokejianpi capsule combined with metformin orally.The changes of serum LEP,body weight,abdominal circumference,BMI,FPG and 2hPG in the two groups were observed after 12 weeks of treatment.Results:xiaokejianpi capsule combined metformin can effectively reduce the leptin level of type 2 diabetes obesity(P<0.05),reduce the obese patients with type 2 diabetes(P<0.05),body weight,BMI FPG effectively reduce patients(P<0.05),2hPG(P<0.05),improve the type of obese patients with type 2 diabetes clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Through this study,it is concluded that xiaoke jianpi capsule can improve the clinical symptoms of obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with spleen deficiency and dampness.(2)Through the statistical analysis of various laboratory indicators before and after treatment in the two groups,it was confirmed that Xiaokei Jianpi Capsules combined metformin are more effective in treating obesity patients with spleen deficiency type than metformin.(3)Xiaoke jianpi capsule combined with metformin has no obvious toxic and side effects,which can reduce the weight of patients,reduce the level of serum leptin,and reduce blood glucose.It is worth promoting in clinical treatment.
