Study On Common TCM Syndromes Of Hypertension With Adrenal Hyperplasia

Objective:Through the investigation and analysis of the distribution characteristics of TCM Syndrome Types in patients with hypertension and adrenal hyperplasia to guide the clinical differentiation and treatment of TCM.Methods:240 hypertensive patients with adrenal hyperplasia who were admitted to our hospital were selected to investigate and record their general situation,past history,family history,risk factors,blood pressure level,clinical symptoms,tongue and pulse,imaging examination and other information,and complete the evaluation of TCM syndrome types.According to the collected data,fill in the medical record questionnaire,and use the statistical software to analyze the data and come to a conclusion.Results:1.From high to low,the distribution of syndrome types in the group were: Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome(44.2%),phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(24.2%),kidney qi deficiency syndrome(18.3%),liver fire hyperactivity syndrome(13.3%).2.There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome types between different genders and age groups(P > 0.05).3.There was no statistical difference in the distribution of syndrome types among patients with or without smoking history(P > 0.05).4.There was statistical difference in the distribution of syndrome types among different blood pressure levels and cardiovascular risk stratification(P < 0.05).5.According to the average course of disease from long to short,the order of syndrome types was Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome,kidney qi deficiency syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,liver fire hyperactivity syndrome(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The main TCM Syndromes of hypertension with adrenal hyperplasia in Xinjiang are yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity.2.The incidence of hypertension with adrenal hyperplasia has nothing to do with gender and age.For patients with hypertension,regardless of gender and age,it is suggested to improve the adrenal related examination.3.The blood pressure level and cardiovascular riskstratification of patients with hypertension and adrenal hyperplasia are generally high.4.The distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with hypertension and adrenal hyperplasia is correlated with blood pressure level,cardiovascular risk stratification and course of disease.
