ObjectiveTo review the clinical features,the diagnosis and treatment of adrenal hyperplastic hypertension,investigate some factors related to the surgical therapy effect.MethodsThe clinical data of 38 cases of adrenal hyperplastic hypertension were retrospectively analyzed.Patients age,blood pressures,laboratery examination were analyzed before operation and after operation.They were divided into three groups according to their postoperative blood pressure:normalized group,improved group and ineffective group.The clinical data were compared in the three groups.ResultsAfter operation,the blood pressure was normalized in 23 cases(60.5%),improved in 9 cases(23.7%),and ineffective in the remaining 6 patients(15.8%).The blood pressure at 1,3,12 months after operation was decreased compared with those before operation.ConclusionAdrenalectomy under laparoscope is an effective method for adrenal hyperplastic hypertension.The method of operation,the age of patient,the duration of hypertension are associated with the existence of hypertension after the operation.
