P16 Immunocytochemistry Method Application In Screening For Cervical Cancer And Precancerous Lesions

Objective: this study intends to explore P16 immunocytochemistry assay in the value of screening for cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.Methods: between January 2019 and September 2019 in gynecologic clinic on women who are married or have sexual life,1020,at the same time line P16 immunocytochemistry detection,cervical liquid based cytology and HPV detection,three check any positive for 280 cases of patients with colposcope examination and cervical biopsy,on the basis of disease inspection results.Results: 1.280 patients pathology biopsy under colposcope results in CIN Ⅰ has 56 cases,CIN Ⅱ in 49 cases,CIN Ⅲ with 70 cases,cervical cancer in 5 cases,the rest is normal or chronic inflammation.2.P16 immunocytochemistry detection was199 cases,there are CIN45 example,CINII45 example,CINIII65 example,SCC5 cases.HPV positive for 238 cases,of which CIN I45 cases,CIN II47 example,CINIII65 example,cervical invasive carcinoma in 5 cases.TCT examination was abnormal in 229,including CINI43 example,CINII45 example,CINIII63 example,SCC4 cases.3.P16 immunocytochemistry test screening before diagnosis of cervical lesions,the sensitivity of 88.89%;Specific degree of 61.00%;The positive predictive value 80.40%;Negative predictive value of 75.30%.Diagnosis coincidence rate 78.93%;About the index of0.50.HPV screening before diagnosis of cervical lesions,the sensitivity of90.00%;Specific degree of 24.00%;The positive predictive value 68.07%;Negative predictive value of 57.14%.Diagnosis coincidence rate 66.43%;About the index of0.14.TCT screening before diagnosis of cervical lesions,the sensitivity of86.11%;Specific degree of 26.00%;The positive predictive value 67.69%;Negative predictive value of 50.98%.Diagnosis coincidence rate 64.64%;About the index of0.12.TCT joint HPV screening before diagnosis of cervical lesions,the sensitivity of96.67%;Specific degree of 13.00%;The positive predictive value 66.67%;Negative predictive value of 68.42%.Diagnosis coincidence rate 66.69%;About the index of0.10.Conclusion: 1.The P16 immunocytochemistry method of screening for cervical cancer lesion before screening its sensitivity and TCT alone and no obvious difference was found between HPV examination;2.P16 immunocytochemistry method screening for cervical cancer screening specific degree of lesion before was obviously higher than that of TCT,HPV joint HPV examination,check and TCT screening diagnosis of cervical cancer lesion before effect is better.
