Objective: This study clarifies whether ciliary muscle training has a controlling effect on myopia progression in low-degree myopia children.It explores whether it is possible to promote a simple and easy method to prevent and control children's myopia at home or in school to provide scientific basis.Methods: The study patients were divided into 7-9 years old group and 10-12 years old group by age.Then divide the two groups into the experimental group and the control group according to the principle of random control.Patients in the control group received standard medical optometry optics,and patients in the test group received ciliary muscle training based on standard medical optometry optics.Observe the progress of myopia in four groups of subjects Results: In the analysis of changes in naked eyesight,diopter of spherical power,diopter of cylindrical power,equivalent spherical,and axial length of the four groups of children during follow-up,There is no significant difference between the above indicators in the first visit of the two age groups.In the 7-9 year old group,there was difference in the equivalent spherical of the right eye in the first follow-up.There was difference in the diopter of spherical power and equivalent spherical of the right eyes and left eyes in the second follow-up.At the third follow-up,there were differences in the diopter of spherical power and equivalent spherical of the left eye.In the 10-12 year old group,there was difference in the equivalent spherical of the right eye in the first follow-up,and there were differences in the diopter of spherical power and equivalent spherical of the right and left eyes in the second and third follow-up;The absolute value of the experimental group is lower than that of the control group;There were no differences in naked eyesight,cylindrical power,and axial length during follow-up.Conclusion: Ciliary muscle training does have a role in controlling the progression of myopia,but any large sample and long-term research is needed.
