Objective: To compare the efficacy of 3D laparoscopy and traditional laparotomy in radical Hepatic alveolar echinococcosis(HAE)resection. Methods : clinical data of 52 patients with hepatic vesicular echinococcosis who received surgical treatment in the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university from January 2017 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. There were 23 males and 29 females. The mean age was38.69±12.47 years.Patients signed the informed consent, comply with the regulations of medical ethics, according to different divided into 3D laparoscopic operation group(12 cases)and conventional laparotomy group(40 cases),compared two groups of patients with perioperative cases, two groups of intraoperative blood loss, postoperative tube compares the rank and inspection such as time, complication rates compared with chi-square test. Results:the intraoperative blood loss, postoperative catheter duration and postoperative hospital stay in the 3D laparoscopic group were 150(50,238)ml,4(4,5)d,and 6(5,7)d,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the 3D laparotomy group(400(300,600)ml,7(5,9)d,9(7,11)d(Z=-3.56,-3.95,-2.67).P < 0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the 3D laparoscopic group was 25%(3/12),significantly lower than that in the laparotomy group(68%(27/40)(2=6.831,P < 0.05).Conclusion:the application of 3D laparoscopy in the treatment of HAE is safe, feasible, accurate, minimally invasive and worthy of clinical promotion.
