Objective: Caused by Echinococcus multilocularis, hepatic alveolar echinococcosis is a chronic parasitic disease, which is serious and mainly attacks human liver. At present, the mechanism of the occurrence and development of HAE is not clear. This study aiming to explore the factors affecting the occurrence and development of HAE,by detecting the different metabolites in urine between HAE patients and healthy people. Methods: 1.Object: From July to September during 2016,patients with clinical diagnosis of HAE were divided into the experimental group, and the healthy volunteers were randomly selected as the control group,in the same period from the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University.2.With qualitative and quantitative analysis of nuclear magnetic resonance, the chemical shifts were compared between HAE patients and healthy people(control group).3.Using principal component analysis(PCA),partial least squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA),partial least squares analysis(OPLS)and other methods,to select the different compounds. Results: 1.Adenosine/Malate,Glycerophosphocholine,Phenylalanine,Glutamate,3-Hydroxybutyrate and other metabolites in HAE patients were significantly higher than those of healthy people, and the differences of each substance were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The content of 1-Methylnicotinamide,creatinine and urea in the experimental group were lower than the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Urine metabolites vary a lot between HAE patients and healthy people, such as Adenosine/Malate,creatinine,urea and so on,which provides a basis for further study on the development mechanism of HAE.
