Objective:To analyze the curative effect and complications of six operation methods of pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD),evaluate the advantages and disadvantages and indications of each operation method,and provide theoretical basis for individual treatment scheme for patients.Methods:From June 2004 to June 2018,1216 patients underwent pelvic floor reconstruction in the gynecology center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,151 patients underwent mans operation(group A),104 patients underwent anterior and posterior vaginal wall repair(B group)120 cases of vaginosis(Cgroup),42 cases of transvaginal hysterectomy + repair of anterior and posterior wall of vagina(D group),704 cases of pelvic floor reconstruction(E group),95 cases of laparoscopic sacral fixation(F Group).The general clinical data,perioperative indicators and follow-up data were analyzed retrospectively to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the operation.Results: The average age of group C was higher than that of the other five groups(P < 0.05);the operation time of group F was longer than that of the other five groups(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the six groups in theamount of intraoperative bleeding and hospital stay.Conclusion:The six kinds of operation are all effective for the treatment of pop.There is no absolute difference between the six kinds of operation.In the clinical treatment process,each patient should be provided with an individualized operation.For the patients with active sexual life and high quality of sexual life,and severe prolapse permitted by economic conditions,transvaginal mesh implantation or laparoscopic sacral fixation is recommended.To understand the indications of transvaginal mesh correctly is not to stop using it completely,but to be different from person to person.
