Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the prolift pelvic reconstructionsurgery and to analysis their urinary control status for pelvic disorders. Methods:Retrospective analysis of213patients with female pelvic floordysfunction who need operation were selected at Jilin University thesecond hospital from January2009to December2011.They were di-vided into3groups according to various operation. The ProliftT Mgroupwith77cases, The modified pelvic floor reconstruction operation groupwith65cases and the traditional group (vaginal hysterectomy associ-ated with vaginal wall repair operation) with71cases. Those who sufferfrom stress urinary incontinence were treated with antistress urinaryincontinentce operation. After one year of follow-up visit, Patients’pelvic organ prolapse recovery, stress urinary incontinence correctionand the occurrence of occult urinary incontinence were compared inthree groups. This study used SPSS17.0software for statistical dataanalysis and statistical test. When P<0.05means that the statisticaldifferences were significant.Results:1. The ProliftTM group, The modified pelvic floor reconstructionoperation group and The traditional group of patients’ general situationbefore operation, POP-Q indexing and their urinary control situationrevealed no difference (P>0.05);2. The patients were followed for1year visit after operation, Thestatistical data showed that in the same operation method, regardless ofwhether had urodynamic examination before the operation, had failed toalter the occurrence of POSUI (stress urinary incontinentce after oper-ation).The incidence rate of POSUI with different operation also showed no difference;3. Through one year of follow-up visit after operation, the effi-ciency of different operation methods to treat stress urinary inconti-nence were diverse: The ProliftT Moperation group100%,100%inmodified operation group, while the traditional operation group91.7%;The inefficiency rate were also diverse: The ProliftT Mgroup and modi-fied operation group was0%, while the traditional operation group was8.3%. However, the efficiency of the three groups had no significantdifference with statistical test (P>0.05);4. The efficiency of diverse operation methods to treat pelvic organprolapse were also different:The ProliftT Moperation group was94.81%,92.31%in modified operation group, while the traditional operationgroup was81.69%, The recurrence rates of each group showed differ-ence: The ProliftT Moperation group was5.20%,7.69%in modified op-eration group, the traditional operation group was18.31%, After statis-tical analysis, It revealed statistical differences (P<0.05) of the threekinds of operation to treat pelvic organ prolapse, The ProliftT Mopera-tion group and modified operation group’ curative effect was better thanthat of the traditional operation group, but the ProliftT Mgroup and themodified group had the same effect to treat pelvic organ prolapse.Conclusion:1. The pelvic floor dysfunction disease were closely related to oldage, times of vaginal deliveries, abnormal childbirth, obesity, heavymanual labor activity, and combined with chronic diseases which willincrease the abdominal pressure.2. Regardless of whether preoperative urodynamic examination ofour hospital or adopt which kind of operation had failed to alter theoccurrence of occult urinary incontinence.3. The ProliftT Moperation, the modified pelvic floor reconstructionoperation and the traditional vaginal wall repair operation joint withstress urinary incontinence surgery (TVT-O) operation can achievesatisfactory effect to treat stress urinary incontinence.4. The recent curative effect of the ProliftT Msurgery and the mod-ified pelvc floor reconstruction operation were better than that of tra- ditional vaginal wall repairing operation in treat of pelvic organ pro-lapse.
