Objective: The purpose of this article is to analyze the clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma EGFR,in order to provide reliable data support for standardized and comprehensive treatment of lung cancer. Methods: A total of210 patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma who were admitted to the Department of Pulmonology of the Third Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2013 to October 2018 were selected. The follow-up treatment and survival time of the above patients were followed up with electronic medical records and telephone.SPSS 23.0 software was used to analyze the relationship between patients' age, gender \ educational level, treatment plan and long-term curative effect overall survival(OS).The survival time was measured by Kaplan-Meier method, and log-rank method was used to test the difference in survival.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results:Results: 1.The maximum survival time of the patients in this study group was 61 months, the minimum was 4 months, and the median survival time was 35 ± 2.05 months.2.Kaplan-Meier univariate analysis showed that: calculating the difference in OS between male patients and female patients, calculating P=0.099.Calculate the difference in OS between patients <60 years old and ?60 years old,P=0.356.To calculate the difference in OS of patients in different residences,P=0.125.Calculate the OS difference between patients of different occupations,P=0.977.Education level: Calculate the OS difference between patients with high school education, high school and above,P=0.000.Calculate the treatment method: the difference in OS of patients in the chemotherapy-only group, patients in the targeted-only group, chemotherapy +targeted group, and target + radiotherapy group,P=0.000.3.COX proportionalrisk model established by multi-factor analysis of survival time It showed that education level and treatment method were independent prognostic factors affecting patients, and the calculation was P<0.05.Conclusion: 1.Education level and treatment method are independent prognostic factors for judging the survival of patients with advanced non-small cell;2.Gender,age,place of residence, occupation have certain effects on the prognosis of patients with advanced non-small cell, but they cannot be used as independent prognosis.factor.3.The comprehensive treatment plan for patients with advanced lung cancer can effectively prolong overall survival. Conclusions: 1.Education level and treatment methods are independent prognostic factors for judging the survival of advanced non-small cell patients;2.Gender and age have certain effects on the prognosis of advanced non-small cell patients, but cannot be used as independent prognostic factors.3.Comprehensive treatment plan for patients with advanced lung cancer can effectively extend the overall survival.
