| Objective:To investigate the effect of type ? collagen a2 chain(COL1A2)expression in triple-negative breast cancer on the tumor infiltrates lymphocytes(TILs)and prognosis of patients.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression levels of COL1A2,CD3,CD4,CD8,CD80 and CD86 in the tissues of 148 cases of triple-negative breast cancer and 30 cases of paracancer tissues(CD80 and CD86 were expressed positively in mature dendritic cells).SPSS25.0 statistical software was used for analysis,the relationship between COL1A2 expression and TILs infiltration was analyzed by mann-whitney U test,the relationship between COL1A2 expression and prognosis of triple negative breast cancer patients was analyzed by kaplan-meier method.Result:The positive expression rate of COL1A2 in triple-negative breast cancer tissues was41.9%(62/148),higher than 26.6%(8/30)in paracancer tissues,and the difference has statistically significant(Z=2.439,P<0.05).The expressions of CD3,CD8,CD80 and CD86in triple-negative breast cancer tissues were lower than those in para-carcinoma tissues(Z=4.973?2.102?2.963?2.592,P<0.05).COL1A2 expression was positively correlated with tumor stage,lymph node metastasis,ki-67 and vascular invasion(Z=6.606?2.156?2.169?2.462,P<0.05),negatively correlated with CD3,CD8,CD80,and CD86(Z=2.364?2.462?2.077?2.227,P<0.05).However,there was no significant correlation between CD4 expression and tumor size and histological grade(Z=2.159?0.100?0.158,P>0.05).Kaplan-meier survival analysis results showed that the total survival time of the high-expression COL1A2 group was significantly reduced compared with the low-expression group(x~2=15.17,P<0.05).Multivariate analysis of Cox proportional hazard regression model showed that COL1A2 expression was a factor affecting the survival of TNBC patients(HR=4.412,P=0.003).Conclusion:The high expression of COL1A2 in triple-negative breast cancer is correlated with the infiltration degree of TILs and poor prognosis,... |
