Objective :To clarify whether the results of CBCT analysis of occlusal parameters in mixed dentition children are consistent or superior to those obtained in gold standard plaster model Methods :The data obtained by CBCT scanning were imported into MIMICS software to obtain three-dimensional reconstruction image, and at the same time the plaster model was made.Repeated measurements of anterior overbite(occlusion),overburden and occlusal relationship of six-year-old teeth were carried out by the surveyors, and the results were compared and analyzed. Results :Two methods were used to measure the relationship between anterior overbite and occlusion. The coincidence rate was 81.25%,the non-coincidence rate was 18.75% and the consistency intensity was highly consistent(Kappa value 0.76);Two methods were used to measure the relationship between anterior overburden and occlusion. The coincidence rate was82.03%,the non-coincidence rate was 17.97%,and the consistency intensity was the same(Kappa value 0.75);Two methods were used to measure the occlusal relationship of six-year-old teeth. The results on the left side were the coincidence rate was 89.06%,the non-coincidence rate was 10.94%,the consistency intensity was the strongest(Kappa value 0.81);The results on the right side were the coincidence rate was 90.63%,the non-coincidence rate was 9.37%,and the consistency intensity was the strongest(Kappa value was 0.81).Conclusion :CBCT and plaster model have high consistency in the analysis of occlusal relationship in mixed dentition children.CBCT has certain clinical value. |
