Objective:To explore the risk factors of reoperation and clinical prognosis of pancreatic trauma. Methods:from January 2010 to December 2019,the clinical data of 67patients with pancreatic injury who underwent surgical treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were collected. At the same time, the risk factors related to the secondary surgical treatment of pancreatic injury before and after surgical treatment were studied. Results:of the 67 patients who underwent surgical treatment,49patients underwent only one operation and 18 patients underwent two operations.First of all, five risk factors were found by single factor analysis.Delay diagnosis or not(P<0.01),preoperative hemodynamics(P<0.01),the first operation of pancreatic injury(P<0.01),leukocytes(P=0.03)on the sixth day after the first operation and procalcitonin(P<0.01)on the sixth day after the first operation.Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors related to the second operation were unreasonable choice of the first operation(P=0.047),the original value of calcitonin(P=0.003)on the sixth day after the first operation, and the leukocyte value(P=0.039)on the sixth day after the first operation. The AUC of procalcitonin(?1.23?g/L)was 0.867 on the 6th day after the first operation, which was better than that of leukocyte(?12.2510~9/L,AUC 0.710)on the 6th day after the first operation. Conclusion:the leukocyte value on the 6th day after the first operation, the unreasonable choice of the first operation and the original calcitonin value on the 6th day after the first operation are independent risk factors for the second operation of pancreatic injury.Preoperative hemodynamic instability and delayed diagnosis of primary diagnosis and treatment are important factors leading to secondary surgery...
