Objective: Analyze the changes of early peripheral vascular resistance(SVRI)in severe acute pancreatitis, monitor the changes of peripheral vascular resistance in early stage of severe acute pancreatitis by PICCO,and discuss the characteristics of early peripheral vascular resistance in severe acute pancreatitis,Has important guiding significance for the precise fluid resuscitation of severe acute pancreatitis and maintaining its hemodynamic stability. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted.65 patients with severe acute pancreatitis who were transferred to the same intensive care department and monitored by PICCO from the day of treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2015 to January 2019 were selected, except for termination of treatment After the patient,50 patients were finally included;the patients were divided into survival group and death group according to prognosis;the two groups of patients were compared 0-6,6-12,12-18,18-24,24-30 after entering the intensive care unit.Changes of peripheral vascular resistance at 30-36,36-42,42-48 h.Results:A retrospective study was conducted.65 patients with severe acute pancreatitis who were transferred to the same intensive care department and monitored by PICCO from the day of treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2015 to January 2019 were selected, except for termination of treatment After the patient,50 patients were finally included;the patients were divided into survival group and death group according to prognosis;the two groups of patients were compared 0-6,6-12,12-18,18-24,24-30 after entering the intensive care unit.Changes of peripheral vascular resistance at 30-36,36-42,42-48 h.Conclusion:Higher age,BMI and early high heart rate, creatinine, urea nitrogen, central venous pressure, and APACHE II have a high evaluation effect on theprognosis of patients;the characteristics of peripheral vascular resistance changes 24 hours after the onset of severe acute pancreatitis patients Prognostic indicators of patients;the early stage of severe acute pancreatitis under the monitoring of PICCO can be more precise liquid resuscitation and the application of vasoactive drugs, which can maintain peripheral vascular resistance in a stable state, making the patient's hemodynamics more stable. The effect of prognosis is better.
