Purpose: intracranial circulation aneurysms before in all branches of internal carotid artery vascular bifurcation, such as traffic aneurysm, before the traffic artery after, middle cerebral artery bifurcation aneurysm,in areas such as the mean vascular structure status may affect the occurrence and development of the intracranial circulation aneurysms before, this study will,by means of retrospective study collected and geometric parameters of the measurement of carotid artery pattern, analysis of the carotid artery circuity correlation with intracranial circulation aneurysms before occur, for some of the columns in the future prospective studies provide some theoretical basis.Method: By reviewing hospital between January 2018 and January 2019 in the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university hospital neurosurgery line of head and neck CT imaging(CT angiography,CTA)and100 patients with diagnosis of circulation aneurysms before and during this period in our hospital and to improve the head and neck CTA check out 100 cases of intracranial aneurysm hospitalized patients(age, gender and case group)cases data and image data.General clinical data and imaging data of all patients were collected.Measured case group(intracranial anterior circulation aneurysms)and control group(no intracranial anterior circulation aneurysms)of common carotid artery(CCA)circuity, internal carotid artery(ICA)give index, the Angle of the carotid artery(ICA)and other indicators,Pearson correlation analysis CCA circuity index, the index of ICA circuity,ICA Angle correlation with general risk factors, using the single factor and multi-factor stepwise Logistic regression analysis form the relationship between carotidartery circuity and former circulation aneurysms. Results: After preliminary analysis, the history of hyperlipidemia(P=0.034)and history of ischemic stroke(P=0.007)in the anterior circulation aneurysm group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while CCA tortuous index(TI)(P=0.004),ICA tortuous index(TI)(P=0.005)and ICA Angle(P=0.016)were significantly higher than those in the control group.CCA tortuosity index in the anterior circulation aneurysm group was significantly positively correlated with the history of coronary heart disease(r=0.220,P=0.027),ICA tortuosity index was significantly positively correlated with men(r=0.224,P=0.025),and ICA Angle was not significantly correlated with all general risk factors.ICA tortuous index and ICA Angle were risk factors for anterior circulation aneurysm(OR>1,P<0.05),while ischemic stroke history had a negative correlation with the formation of anterior circulation aneurysm(OR<1,P<0.05).Conclusion: the degree of carotid artery tortuousness(ICA tortuousness index,ICA Angle)is positively correlated with the formation of anterior circulation aneurysm, which is a risk factor for the formation of anterior circulation aneurysm, while the history of ischemic stroke has a reverse effect on the formation of anterior circulation aneurysm. The Angle of bifurcation of carotid artery and the magnitude of internal carotid artery tortuous index are related to the formation of intracranial anterior circulation aneurysm, and the tortuous index is more likely to form intracranial anterior circulation aneurysm. In general clinical data, factors such as ischemic stroke are the reverse factors for the formation of intracranial aneurysms;therefore, factors such as carotid artery bifurcation Angle and internal carotid artery tortuous index hypertension are independent risk factors for intracranial anterior circulation aneurysms, which are significantly correlated with the formation, development and rupture of intracranial anterior circulation aneurysms.
