Objective: to investigate the clinical efficacy of microinvasive release in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome. Methods: a retrospective analysis in the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university microscopic reconstruction surgery in March 2017 to March 2019 in the hospital diagnosis and treatment of 51 patients with carpal tunnel syndrome and age range is 24-81,the average age of 45.6 years,6 cases in which men, women accounted for 45 cases, and in women with the disease,40 for women over the age of 40 cases, accounting for 88.9%;There were 25 menopausal women, accounting for 55.6%.For all patients with preoperative and postoperative electromyography examination, and record the incubation period of the median nerve motor and sensory conduction velocity(LAT)and amplitude(AMP),median nerve sensory conduction velocity(SCV)and surgery applications under a microscope,a longitudinal incision volar release the median nerve, wrist after braking and oral nutrition psychopathic drug therapy. Results: all the 51 cases(61 hand operations)had primary wound healing and no iatrogenic nerve injury occurred.Postoperative follow-up time ranged from 3 to 9 months, with an average follow-up time of 7 months. In the postoperative follow-up of this study,18 patients did not receive electromyography due to their own reasons, while the changes of electromyography before and after the follow-up were statistically significant.According to the functional evaluation standard of carpal tunnel syndrome recommended by gu yudong, there are subjective evaluationindexes such as numbness and pain,as well as objective indexes such as sensation and movement. The curative effect results showed that: excellent 27,good 24,can 7,poor 3,good rate of 83.6%.Conclusion: the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome with minimally invasive release under the microscope, complete release of the compressed nerve during the operation, the clinical effect is satisfactory, but the operation should be careful, careful, gentle,so as not to aggravate the injury.
