Objective: Serum IL-6,L-10 levels and related scales of emotion, cognitive function were assessed in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD)and healthy controls, and the correlation between IL-6,IL-10 levels and PD mood, cognitive function, severe condition was analyzed. Methods: The serum IL-6 and IL-10 levels of peripheral blood in 42 patients in PD group and 42 healthy controls were measured by ELISA double antibody sandwich method.Related scales were evaluated in PD group and healthy control group.Statistical methods were used to analyze the correlation between IL-6,IL-10 levels and PD,depression, anxiety disorder, cognitive function, severe condition. Results: The IL-6and IL-10 levels in peripheral blood of PD group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which was positively correlated with the incidence of UPDRSI,anxiety(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between IL-6 and IL-10 levels and PD severity, cognitive function and depression. The total score of depression and anxiety in PD group was higher than that in the control group, indicating that the incidence of depression and anxiety in PD patients was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant in PD patients,H-Y staging was positively correlated with HAMA score, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Staging was negatively correlated with MoCA,MMSE score, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The IL-6,IL-10 level in peripheral blood of PD patients increased, the level of IL-6,IL-10 factors was positively correlated with the incidence and UPDRS? of anxiety, and there was no correlation between depression and cognitive impairment. The incidence of depression and anxiety in PD patients was higher than that in the control group.
