Objective: To study the genotype distribution of PON1 rs662,ABCB1 rs1045642,CYP2C19 rs4244285,rs4986893 and rs12248560 in patients with acute minor stroke, and its effect on short-term prognosis. Methods: Acute minor stroke patients were included who were admitted to the department of neurology, the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from September 2018 to June 2019.All patients received NIHSS and mRS evaluation. The genotypes of the gene types were detected by digital fluorescence molecular hybridization,NIHSS,mRS and the stroke recurrence were evaluated by followup after 3 months and 6 months respectively. The association between these gene polymorphism and stroke recurrence was also investigated. Results: There was no difference in the distribution of PON1?ABCB1 and CYP2C19 genotypes among different gender,LAA and SAA.After 3 months follow-up,a total of 7 of the 150 patients had recurrence of stroke. The recurrence rate of the CYP2C19 slow metabolome was higher than that of the fast and medium metabolome after 3 months of follow-up.After 6 months follow-up,a total of 21 of the 124 patients had recurrence.CYP2C19 slow metabolites had a higher recurrence rate compared with faster and medium metabolites, and the PON1 mutant type had a higher recurrence rate than the wild type. Conclusion: There was no difference in the distribution of PON1?ABCB1 and CYP2C19 genotypes among different gender,LAA and SAA.CYP2C19 slow metabolic type was a risk factor for recurrence in 3 and 6 months after stroke.PON1 mutant homozygous type was a risk factor for recurrence in 6 months after stroke.
