It is found that regulating the normal concentration gradient of calcium ions in the epidermis is of great importance to the skin.Direct transdermal absorption of calcium supplements has high absorption rate,strong pertinence and significant effect.Taurine chelate calcium is an excellent new type of skin calcium supplement and has wide application value.Based on the kinetic study of calcium taurine chelate percutaneous absorption,this paper compared the percutaneous absorption effects of different types of calcium and concluded that calcium taurine chelate has better percutaneous absorption effects than other types of calcium supplements.The kinetics of the percutaneous absorption of calcium taurine chelate was investigated,and the effects of different types of penetration enhancers and mixed penetration enhancers on the percutaneous absorption of calcium taurine chelate were investigated.The specific work is as follows:1.Transdermal absorption of calcium taurine chelateIn this study,the percutaneous absorption kinetics of calcium taurine chelate was studied using the modified Franz diffusion cell method.By comparing the effects of calcium taurine chelate,calcium chloride and calcium gluconate on percutaneous absorption of calcium taurine chelate,the best results were obtained.The cumulative penetration of calcium taurine chelate at a concentration of 3%was only 1.7635 mg/cm2 per unit area within 8h,while the percutaneous absorption of calcium taurine chelate was enhanced by adding surfactant AES,SDS,Tween 80 and moisturizer glycerin.The results showed that these basic substances had a good promoting effect on the percutaneous absorption of calcium taurine chelate.Among them,the osmotic enhancement times of 0.5%AES for calcium taurine chelate transdermal absorption reached 2.40 times,and the osmotic enhancement times of 4%glycerin for calcium taurine chelate transdermal absorption reached 2.64 times.2.Effect of penetration enhancer on percutaneous absorption kinetics of taurine chelated calcium.The transdermal absorption of calcium taurine chelate was significantly enhanced by various transdermal enhancers.Among the different alcohol penetration enhancers,2%cetyl alcohol had the most obvious effect on the percutaneous absorption of calcium taurine chelate,and the osmotic enhancement times reached 5.73 times.Among the different acid penetration enhancers,2%salicylic acid had the most obvious effect on the percutaneous absorption of calcium taurine chelate,and the osmotic enhancement times reached 5.66 times.In different concentrations of azone,the osmotic enhancement times of 4%azone on calcium taurine chelate reached 3.78 times.Among the dimethyl sulfoxide with different concentrations,the osmotic efficiency of 2%dimethyl sulfoxide on calcium taurine chelate reached 5.49 times.Among the different binary accelerator combinations,the osmotic efficiency of 4%glycerin+2%dimethyl sulfoxide on calcium taurine chelate reached 3.35 times.Among the different ternary accelerator combinations,4%glycerin+2%propylene glycol+4%azone had the most obvious effect on the percutaneous penetration of calcium taurine chelate,and the osmotic enhancement times reached 6.82 times.In this study,the percutaneous absorption effect of calcium taurine chelate was explored,and a relatively complete system for promoting the penetration of calcium taurine chelate was established.
