| Purpose:To find out the research progress and diagnosis and treatment status of anorexia in children by reviewing the literature of anorexia in recent years.In order to find a new,effective and safe way for the treatment of anorexia,the advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation and combination of internal and external treatment were clarified by observing the clinical efficacy of Shugan Lipi Recipe combined with chiropractic therapy in the treatment of infantile anorexia.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,68 children with anorexia diagnosed by western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine were selected from the pediatrics clinic of Guangzhou traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Feb.2018 to Feb.2019 by a randomized,controlled trial,in which 68 children with anorexia were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(treated with Shugan Lipi Recipe combined with chiropractic method)and control group(treated with Bacillus subtilis combined with live bacteria granules and domperidone tablets).In the course of observation,2 children in each group fell off.In this study,64 cases of children were enrolled in the study at the end of the study.Before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,the scores of appetite,food,spirit,facial color,temperament,sleep,sweating,abdominal distension,stool and body weight were assessed and recorded in both groups,and the scores of appetite,food,spirit,facial color,disposition,sleep,sweating,abdominal distension,stool and weight were assessed and recorded.A follow-up period of 1 month was performed to observe the recurrence rate of the two groups and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and advantage ofShugan Lipi Recipe combined with chiropractic therapy in the treatment of infantile anorexia.All data were analyzed statistically by spss25.0.Results:? Analysis of disease curative effect:after 2 weeks of treatment,the cure rate was 50%and the total effective rate was 87.5%in the treatment group.Among them,7 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective.In' the control group,the cure rate was 21.87%,and the total effective rate was 34.370%.Among them,1 case was cured,6 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective and 21 cases were ineffective.After 2 weeks treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the cure rate was 91.62%and the total effective rate was 100%in the treatment group.22 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective and 0 cases were ineffective.In the control group,the cure rate was 53.12%,and the total effective rate was 93.75%.Among them,7 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective.After treatment for 4 weeks,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.?Analysis of TCM syndrome curative effect:after 2 weeks of treatment,the cure rate of the treatment group was 15.62%,the total effective rate was 93.75%,of which 0 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,and 25 cases were effective.2 cases were ineffective;In the control group,the cure rate was 0 and the total effective rate was 15.620%,in which 0 cases were cured,5 cases were effective and 27 cases were ineffective.Therefore,after 2 weeks treatment,the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the cure rate was 93.75%and the total effective rate was 100%in the treatment group.Among them,6 cases were cured,24 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective and 0 cases were ineffective.In the control group,the cure rate was 12.5%,and the total effective rate was 96.870%.Among them,0 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly effective,27 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective.After 4 weeks of treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3 the recurrence rate analysis:after the treatment,the two groups were followed up for3 month,and the recurrence rate was about 6.25%in the treatment group,and the recurrence rate was about 6.25%in the treatment group.The recurrence rate of 6 cases in the control group wa s about 18.75%,suggesting that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Shugan Lipi Recipe combined with pinching the spine is effective in the treatment of anorexia in children.It can effectively improve the appetite,amount of food,spirit,facial color,temperament and so on in children with anorexia,and the curative effect is better than that of Bacillus subtilis combined with domperidone tablets.It is a safe and effective way to treat anorexia in children. |
