ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to explore the process of surgical treatment of inguinal hernia in the elderly, acupuncture combined anesthesia analgesic effect and reduce the effect of stretch reaction.MethodsFrom November 2017 to March 2018 at the First Clinical School of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Surgery room(Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese MedicineZhuhai Branch)Surgical treatment of elderly patients with inguinal hernia,Using random number method divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.Check the chest X-ray before surgery,ECG,blood, blood coagulation, blood transfusion, exclude contraindications to surgery.therapy group use of electroacupuncture assisted local anesthesia in elderly inguinal hernia repair,Control group local anesthesia with inguinal hernia repair. The amount of lidocaine used in the two groups was observed,VAS score?the degree of pain?pulling points?Pull level.Data collection, using spss19.0 software to establish a database, use chi-square test?rank sum test?t test, analysis of the gap between the two groups. With P<0.05 as a gap between the statistical significance.ResultsThe study group of 60 people, study the first two groups of patients age, duration, gender and other general information contrast,The difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Lidocaine dosage comparison:The treatment group was less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);VAS score?the degree of pain:the treatment group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);pulling points?Pull level.Data collection:the treatment group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionAcupuncture anesthesia hassafe and feasible, easy to operate, economical, physiological function can be adjusted.Electroacupuncture assisted local anesthesia in elderly surgical treatment of inguinal hernia, auxiliary anesthetic effects, acupuncture assisted local anesthesia compared to simple local anesthesia can reduce the amount of lidocaine, reduce the degree of pain, reduce the degree of traction.
