| ObjectiveClinically,hip arthroplasty is commonly used in patients with femoral neck fracture.Postoperative nursing is very important to the functional recovery of patients.The tradi tional Chinese medicine nursing program for 52 kinds of diseases promulgated by the state does not contain the content of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for femoral neck fracture.In this study,a set of traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme and related evaluation scale for the treatment of femoral neck fracture were designed.On the basis of routine nursing,tradi tional Chinese medicine syndrome nursing was added to explore the effect of tradi t ional Chinese medicine nursing scheme on patients with femoral neck fracture after hip arthroplasty.MethodsIn this study,60 patients with femoral neck fracture who underwent artificial hip arthroplasty in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled.For these 60 patients,the random number table method was divided into the control group and the treatment group(30 cases in each group).The control group used a routine care program,including postoperative analgesia,prevention of complications,functional rehabilitation,and exercise guidance.The treatment group was based on routine nursing and improved Chinese medicine nursing program for improving femoral neck fracture.The treatment group used the corresponding Chinese medicine nursing program evaluation form and program table for targeted dialectical nursing,diet conditioning,etc.,and evaluated the effect of the implementation of the Chinese medicine nursing program for femoral neck fracture before the patient was discharged from the hospital.There were no loss in both groups.Results Harris score of the treatment group 1 week after surgery and 1 and 3 months after surgery showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05),while Harris score of 6 months after surgery showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).It is suggested that the short-term effect of "TCM nursing plan" on the recovery of hip function after hip replacement is better than that of the control group,and the long-term effect is not significantly different between the two groups.Further research is needed.The patients in the treatment group who received TCM nursing intervention had better Harris scores than the control group(P<0.05),and fewer hospital days than the control group(P<0.05).The two groups of complications,no significant difference(P>0.05).During the hospital period,the two groups of satisfaction distribution comparison,the treatment group is better than the control group.There was a statistical difference(P<0.05).ConclusionsConventional nursing and traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan after hip replacement for fracture of femoral neck can improve the short-term function recovery of patients after hip replacement,reduce the length of stay,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients during hospitalization.Therefore,the traditional Chinese medicine nursing program after hip joint surgery is worthy of further promotion and research. |
