Objective:This subject aims at lechang city 0 to 3 years old children health management program of traditional Chinese medicine since the implementation of the status of the investigation research,find the problems existing in the project implementation process,better for basic medical and health institutions to carry out the 0 to 3 years old children health management program of traditional Chinese medicine to provide advice,make traditional Chinese medicine health service better play a role in the field of child care.Methods:Through self-designed he fill out questionnaires,to project time began in September 2014 at the end of 2018 lechang city 0 to 3 years old children of Chinese medicine health management project implementation present situation investigation and evaluation,within the jurisdiction of 17 towns and townships and the community health service centers,for geographical boundaries,each health institutes and random 10 a to a telephone in the family visit,the city a total of 170 questionnaires,investigate the project implementation,discusses the project implementation,for 0-3 years old children in after implementation is to achieve the effect of initial project set to implement requirements;Design in view of the towns and townships of the project operation of medical personnel questionnaire,taken at filling type questionnaire,investigation and lechang city is currently working on the project staff,the operation staff education background,age,since the implement of the project encountered problems such as problem investigation,analysis of the current 0~3 years old children's situation of health management project implementation,and the content of the service for the project implementation and provide up to the present status and process has more practical Suggestions for improvement.Results:Through questionnaire survey,the author understood the implementation status of TCM health management service project for 0-3 year old children in lechang city,and found that children's family members and grassroots medical personnel have a certain level of cognition on TCM health service for children,which can be implemented to a certain extent.However,the following problems are found:the content of project implementation needs further reform and optimization;No effect evaluation criteria for project implementation;Implementation is a mere formality;There is no clear evaluation system for the implementation results,and the implementation feedback mode is unreasonable,which needs further research and analysis.Conclusion:Through the investigation and research,it is found that the attitude and understanding of medical staff engaged in children's health care in primary medical and health care units towards the TCM health management project for children aged 0-3 years old is acceptable,but there are still some problems in the implementation.The implementation content of the TCM health management project for children aged 0-3 years old needs to be further reformed and optimized.Children aged 0-3 years old Chinese medicine health management project implementation has no effect evaluation criteria;The implementation of TCM health management project for children aged 0-3 years old is a formality;There is no clear evaluation system for the implementation results,and the implementation feedback mode is unreasonable.In order to solve the above problems,the author puts forward some Suggestions from the perspective of top-level design unit,primary medical institutions and medical staff providing services.The Suggestions to top-level design department include organizing experts to revise and designing more reasonable project implementation norms and standards.Use modern network information and other advanced equipment to help the implementation of children's TCM health management service project;We will increase input in human and material resources for children's TCM health management.Suggestions for grassroots health institutions include organizing medical staff to strengthen the learning of TCM health management knowledge for children aged 0-3;Make full use of the existing national public health information system resources and other public health project resources integration;The Suggestions for medical staff include practicing the concept of TCM health management project for children aged 0-3 years old,actively and comprehensively learning the knowledge of TCM health management project for children aged 0-3 years old,and improving the practical operation process of TCM health management project for children aged 0-3 years old.Strengthen the rectification and optimization application of the content of mass evaluation feedback after the implementation of the project.The traditional Chinese medicine health management project for children aged 0-3 years old will play its due role in the basic public health management services of the state,so as to better serve the masses.
