With the rapid development of clinical medicine,on the one hand,people pay more and more attention to their own health and disease detection.On the other hand,people have a new understanding of the way of disease detection,and proposed new methods for disease monitoring.High requirements,therefore,new methods of disease detection and diagnosis emerge in an endless stream.As a highly accurate disease detection method,in vitro diagnostic technology is playing an increasingly important role in clinical disease diagnosis.Since the development of in vitro diagnosis,various methods have been emerging from the perspectives of detecting the type and implementation of diseases.Because in vitro diagnostics provide accurate,timely,and critical clinical testing information,in vitro diagnostic techniques and related instrumentation techniques are expected to play an increasingly important role.As a new type of interdisciplinary,microfluidic chip technology combined with in vitro diagnostics provides a new technology platform and efficient implementation for traditional in vitro diagnostic techniques.Micro-fluidic chip can realize the automation and integration of bio-detection process through micro-environment,through its integrated micro-pump,micro-valve,micro-channel,and micro-reactor,providing a kind of in vitro diagnostics.Optimized,simple and convenient implementation.In recent years,smart phone-based disease diagnosis methods are attracting more and more attention.With the camera's own camera,signal input interface,and even signal processing and information display platform,smart phones provide a preferred solution to simplify in vitro diagnostic equipment,reduce detection costs,and facilitate convenient disease diagnosis and monitoring.Therefore,the combination of microfluidic chip technology and smart phone detection method can provide a technology platform with significant potential for on-site rapid detection,and further promote the development of in vitro diagnostic technology.This paper mainly studies the rapid diagnosis method and device based on smart phone.For in vitro diagnostic techniques,cell counting detection devices,lateral flow fluorescent paper strip detection devices and multi-channel convection PCR amplification detection devices were studied.For the cell counting test,the optical module and smart phone detection system capable of microscopic imaging were designed.For the lateral flow fluorescent paper strip detection,the fluorescence excitation and receiving photoelectric module and the smart phone detection system were designed.For convection PCR amplification Testing,research and design of heating and fluorescence detection modules and smart phone detection systems.A convective PCR amplification temperature control module was built to achieve stable temperature field control required for convection PCR.A control drive circuit with a single chip as the core is built.The image processing algorithm and detection software for convective PCR fluorescence detection were realized.
