ObjectiveTo study the Contrast-Enhanced Spectral Mammography(CESM)combined with peripheral blood miRNA index in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methodsseventy-nine patients with breast mass underwent CESM examination and peripheral venous blood analysis of four miRNAs(miRNA-25,miRNA-148a,miRNA-484 and miRNA-145)quantitative indexes before surgery.A group of markers with high efficiency was selected through the relative quantitative analysis method of two markers.By binary Logistic regression analysis, the CESM multiple imaging findings and peripheral blood of miRNA relative quantitative indicators were screened. The model of breast cancer diagnosis was established by using regression equation. The diagnostic efficiency and best diagnostic boundary value were assessed by receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC curve).ResultsCompared with other markers, the area under the curve(AUC)of the ROC of miRNA-145 combined with miRNA-25 was 0.754,indicating a higher efficacy. The breast cancer logistic equation of tumor edge, calcification and enhancement in multiple CESM imaging findings combined with peripheral miRNA-145/miRNA-25 relative quantitative was P=1/1+exp[-(-21.608+2.484X2+20.776X3+19.159X4+1.456X6)].The Area under the curve of the ROC(AUC)was 0.954.The clinical diagnostic threshold for breast cancer was 0.813,with sensitivity of 90.0%and specificity of 73.5%.ConclusionCombination of multiple CESM findings and peripheral blood miRNA is useful for the diagnosis of breast cancer.
