Objective:This study was to analyze the correlation between the performance of breast cancer contrast-enhanced spectral mammography(CESM)and molecular biological indicators.Methods:A total of 38 breast cancer patients with a definite mass underwent CESM,including 39(main)lesions,Assess the size,shape,margin,focal lesions,calcification,degree of enhancement,and enhancement pattern of the lump on CESM.Immunohistochemical examination was performed on the surgical pathological specimens of patients.Fisher's exact probability method was used to analyze the correlation between the imaging findings of CESM and the immunohistochemical factors ER,PR and Ki-67.Results:A total of 39 lesions were found in 38 breast cancer patients.CESM performance:tumor size>2cm n=27/39(69.23%),tumor size?2cm n=12/39(30.77%);regular lesions n=4/39(10.25%),irregular lesions n=35/39(89.74%);smooth shape n=1/39(2.56%),lobulated shape n=7/39(17.94%),burr shape n=22/39(56.41%),fuzzy shape n=9/39(23.08%);without focal lesions n=24/39(61.54%),with focal lesions n=15/39(38.46%);without calcification n=19/39(48.72%),with calcification n=20/39(51.28%);mild enhancement n=5/39(12.82%),moderate enhancement n=10/39(25.64%),severe enhancement n=24/39(61.54%).The intensive mode:uniform enhancement n=8/39(20.51%),uneven enhancement n=26/39(66.67%),ring enhancement n=5/39(12.82%).? The tumor size was correlated with the positive expression rate of ER.The larger the tumor,the lower the ER positive rate;the tumor size was correlated with the high expression rate of Ki-67.The larger the tumor,the higher the expression rate of Ki-67.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);?the focal lesions was positively correlated with the positive expression rate of PR,and the positive rate of PR was high in the absence of focal lesions;There was a correlation between the high expression rate of Ki-67 and focal lesions,and the high expression rate of Ki-67 in the focal lesion.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).?There was a correlation between the enhanced pattern and the positive rate of PR.The uniform group and the uneven group was correlated with the positive rate of PR.The positive expression rate of PR in the uniform group was high,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a correlation between CESM performance and molecular biological indicators ER,PR and Ki-67 in patients.The tumor size was correlated with the positive expression rate of ER and high expression rate of Ki-67.The focal lesions was positively correlated with the positive expression rate of PR and high expression rate of Ki-67.The uniform group and the uneven group was correlated with the positive rate of PR.Some of the biological indicators of breast cancer can be predicted by CESM performance,which is beneficial to the clinical selection of treatment options and prognosis.
