Effects Of 3-N-Butylphthalide On The Efficacy And Serm Levels Of Hif-1A And Caspase-3 In Patients With Acute Cerebral Infraction

Objective:Observe the changes of serum HIF-1α and Caspase-3 levels after NBP treatment with ACI.To investigate the levels of HIF-1α and Caspase-3.The therapeutic effect and mechanism of NBP on ACI patients lay the foundation for further research on the treatment and recovery mechanism of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:All patients were from the Department of Neurology of the Affiliated Hospital of Taishan Medical College from April 2017 to November 2017.The same period of physical examination.In three groups,80 patients with ACI were divided into 40 cases of NBP treatment group(22 males and 18 females)and 40 cases of basic treatment group(23 males and 17 females).There were 40 physical examinations(22 males and 18 females).There is no difference in the basic information of the three groups.For patients undergoing physical examination,4 ml of abdominal blood was evacuated and allowed to stand at 4°C for 1 hour.Centrifuge at 3000 r for 10 min.Take the serum and store it in a refrigerator at-80°C.In the basic treatment group,4 ml of fasting blood was collected on the 1st,3rd,and 7th days after the onset of the disease.Serum was stored in a refrigerator at-80°C.Serum concentrations of HIF-1α and Caspase-3 were measured by ELISA.The control group will not be dealt with.The basic treatment group was given conventional treatment.The NBP group added NBP to conventional treatment.Compare changes before and after treatment.The NIHSS table was used to score patients on the 1d,3d,and 7d.The scores were used as an index to judge its clinical efficacy.SPSS22.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:Pretreatment Serum Caspase-3、HIF-1α horizontal differentiation:NBP treatment group(18.47±2.08ng/ml,1740.79±308.02ng/ml).Basic medical treatment(18.27±2.14ng/ml,1766.96±243.58ng/ml).Incompetition(7.59±3.35ng/ml,612.66±276.03ng/ml).Compar ison of treatment,treatment,treatment(P<0.05),Prognostic value increase(P<0.05).Tre atment group(14.51±1.64ng/ ml,1440.61±208.15ng/ml).Basic medical treatment(16.43±2.23ng/ml,1218.97± 238.51ng/ml),compared with treatment group Medical treatmen t group of medical care group,difference of difference statistical significance(P<0.05).Ding-ji treatment group Pulse-reduced degree group medical treatment group reve aled(P<0.05).Tingling treatment group(8.66±1.61ng/ml,975.91±182.99ng/ml).Basic m-edical treatment group(11.03±2.14ng/ml,690.57±238.51ng/ml).Differential treatment,difference of difference(P<0.05).Ding-ji treatment group Pulse-reduced degree group medical treatment group revealed(P<0.05).NBP treatment group First Heaven NIHS S evaluation(15.40±3.81)therapist first degree NIHSS assessment(15.25±3.41)phase c-omparison,unmistakable(P>0.05).NBP treatment group3 d,7d NIHSS assessment(10.28±3.72,7.85±4.42)Crucial organs(P<0.05),proportion of NBP treatment group decrea sed,basal and treatment group furthermore(P<0.05).Improper treatment such as head ache,headache,emotion,vomiting etc after treatments.Conclusion:1.NBP urgency sexual brutal obligation treatment possession.2.Acute cirrhosis death patient postpartum serum in the serum Caspase-3 sum HIF-1α horizontal inflammatory response degree Correlation correlation.3.NBP may reduce serum Caspase-3 and increase HIF-1α levels and promote disease recovery.
