BackgroundOsteoporosis(Osteoporosis,OP)has become a threat to the health of the elderly common diseases and become a serious global public health problem with an aging popul ation around the world.Osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(osteopotic vertebral compression fracture,OVCF)is the most common complication of osteoporosis.In recent years,percutaneous vertebroplasty and percutaneous kyphoplasty achieved good clinical efficacy in treatment of elderly osteopotic vertebral compression fracture.PurposeThis study based on Visual Analogue Score,the recovery of Cobb Angle,recovery ofvertebral height,bone cement leakage and postoperative vertebral fracture and then compare.Assess the differences of two kinds of minimally invasive surgeryin clinical efficacy.Assess the differences in long-term complications between the two kinds of minimally invasive.Surgery and conservative therapy.Provide osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures with new safe and effective method.And analysis the reason of vertebral fractures.MethodCollecting the clinical data of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures from September 2013 to September 2015 in Jinan Fourth People's Hospital.By following up the parents,Screening and finishing the relevant information retrospect ively,66 cases,including 42 females,and 24 males.All patients with preoperative routine X-ray,CT and MRI.26 cases of percutaneous vertebroplasty kyphosis(PKP),26 cases of percutaneous vertebroplasty kyphosis(PKP),20 routine percutaneous vertebropl asty(PVP),20 patients were treated conservatively.With postoperative X-ray,CT scan given in necessary,Statistics patients spain visual analogue scale(Visual Analogue Score,VAS),Cobb angle,vertebral body height,bone cement leakage,then vertebral fractures(incl uding vertebral,adjacent vertebral bodies,(Including vertebral,adjacent vertebral bodies,distant vertebrae).Postoperative routine anti-osteoporosis treatment,patients were followed up for at least 6 months.Through statistical analysis of data to assess the differences in the clinical efficacy of PVP and PKP.ResultAll patients were followed up for 6 months or more,Postoperative pain in patients with PVP and PKP operative treatment were significantly reduced or disappeared;Postoperative pain visual analogue scale(VAS)was significantly decreased as compared with the preoperative(P<0.01);PVP and PKP holds the surgery to the recowery effect of fanterior flange height smaller.the difference had no statistical signifacance(P>0.05)PKP holds good in PVP group;Two groups of surgery for the recovery of vertebral height among all have certain effect,and its components among vertebral height reatoration of both statistically significant difference(P<0.05),PKP holds good in PVP group;There is no significant different in bone cement leakage of the two groups,the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05),PKP is better than PVP in the improvement of Cobb angle,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);The surgical treatment group and the conservative treatment group are different in vertebral fractures after 6 months later,the difference is statisticant(P<0.05),posterior strengthen significantly increase the risk of further vertebral fractures.PKP group the number of re-fracture occurred in 4 cases(15.4%),PVP group occurred in the number of re-fracture 2 cases(10%).Conclusion1.PVP and PKP are significant in relieving the pain of osteoporotic vertebral compre ssion fracture,there was no statistically significant difference.2.PKP is better than PVP in restoring vertebral height collapse.3.PKP has obvious advantages in terms of correct vertebral kyphosis Cobb angle.4.There are no statistical difference in terms of cement leakage between PVP and PKP.5.PVP and PKP can significantly increase the risk of further vertebral fractures.6.Compared with PKP,distribution PVP bone cement within the vertebral body more uniform.PKP is higher than PVP in refracture of vertebral.
