Objective:To explore the risk factors associated with pancreatic pseudocyst formation after acute pancreatitic(AP),and to provide a reference for predicting the cause and diagnosis of pancreatic pseudocyst(PPC).Methods:A retrospective analysis of 126 AP patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from February 2011 to February 2017.According to whether the pancreatic pseudocyst was concurrently divided into case group and control group, case group:pancreatic pseudocyst, control group:no pancreatic pseudocyst, and the following factors were compared between the two groups:1.Basic information:differences in gender, body mass index, and diabetes history;2.Clinical data:the cause, combined with chest and ascites;3.Laboratory indicators:white blood cells, percentage of neutrophils, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, serum albumin,C-reactive protein, blood calcium levels.SPSS23.0 statistical software was used for analysis, and the risk factors with statistical significance were selected by univariate analysis.Logistic regression analysis was further performed to predict the independent risk factors of pseudocyst formation after acute pancreatitis. Results:A total of 126 patients with acute pancreatitis in this study, including 82 males and 44 females,75 patients in the control group without PPC,accounting for 59.5%,51 patients with PPC,accounting for 40.5%,by single factor analysis Show:1.Basic information:differences in gender, body mass index, and diabetes history;2.Clinical data:the cause, combined with chest and ascites;3.Laboratory indicators:white blood cells, percentage of neutrophils, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, serum albumin,C-reactive protein, blood calcium levels. However, further logistic regression analysis of the above factors showed that the independent risk factors for pancreatic pseudocyst formation after acute pancreatitis were:male(P=0.0339,OR=6.85,95%OR=1.16-40),history of diabetes(P=0.0337,OR=6.84,95%OR=1.16-40.326),C-reactive protein(P=0.0245,OR=1.02,95%OR=1.003-1.037),serum albumin(P=0.0025,OR=0.659,95%OR=0.503-0.864),blood calcium(P=0.011,OR=0.0001,95%OR=0.00001-4.386).Conclusion:1.Male,history of diabetes,C-reactive protein, low serum albumin, and hypocalcemia are independent risk factors for pancreatic pseudocyst formation after acute pancreatitis.2.The patient's etiology, body mass index, combined pleural and ascites, white blood cells, percentage of neutrophils, total bilirubin, and direct bilirubin levels were different in this study, but after unconditional two-class logistic regression analysis, the above The relevant factors were not statistically significant and related to the clinical, and further discussion is needed.3.Age,etiology,body mass index, pleural effusion, ascites, white blood cells, neutrophils, hemoglobin, hematocrit, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, blood amylase, urinary amylase, blood fat Whether the enzyme is related to the formation of PPC in AP patients needs further investigation. Therefore,AP patients with the above factors should be highly valued to prevent the formation of PPC and improve the prognosis of patients.
