Objective:This study analysis the clinical characteristics and risk factors of acute pancreatitis with pancreatic pseudocyst, to study how to predict early formation of pancreatic pseudocyst, and intervene against these risk factors. Methods:A retrospective analysis of Mrach 2013 to March 2015 were Shanxi big hospital general surgery, admitted from 330 cases of patients with less than 48 hours of stroke onset. Divided the patients into the case group and the control group. The case group:pancreatic pseudocyst formation; the control group: no patients with pancreatic pseudocyst. Analysis of two groups of patients' age, sex, etiology, calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, phosphorus, hemoglobin, hematocrit, WBC, platelet count, lymphocyte count, lymphocyte ratio, albumin, amylase, lipase, and compare to explore related index in predicting the value of pancreatic pseudocyst. Results:The selected 330 cases of acute pancreatitis patients, the control group of patients without pancreatic pseudocyst are 298 cases, accounting for 90.3%, the combined group of patients with pancreatic pseudocyst are 32 cases, accounting for 9.7%; Compare two groups of patient's age, gender and etiology such as general data, the results show two groups of patients' age, sex and cause is no obvious difference, no statistical significance(p > 0.05); The calcium and serum albumin level of the case group patients is significant difference compared with the control group patients, There was statistically significant(p< 0.05); The calcium and serum albumin included in the multivariate analysis,Hypocalcemia is a independent risk factor for the onset of pancreatic pseudocyst withacute pancreatitis. Conclusion:Low albumin, hypocalcemia are risk factors for pancreatic pseudocyst formation after acute pancreatitis, hypocalcemia is a independent risk factor for the onset of pancreatic pseudocyst.
